Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are a lot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look.*

Interesting...I just sold a property in Alabama and am considering investing the proceeds in stocks. I know everyone says the market is ripe, but is now a good time to buy? this is so true because despite my lack of investing knowledge, I started investing before the pandemic and pulled in a profit of approximately 950k that same year. In reality, all I was doing was getting professional advice.

Thank you, Ryan!!! I am having a pilates business for people who never done any sports in their lives. Mostly women in their 40ies or 50ies. It takes a little bit of time to understand who your perfect customer is. In the beginning many advisors asked me who is demographic. I really did not know, because I could not imagine who I will attract. Now I see it is mostly very smart ladies, teachers, doctors, small biz owners who were afraid to go the gym because they are in a bad shape. I understand them very well, because I was the same. It makes me so happy to see that they get healthier month after month, year after year and I am slowly getting the picture how to do proper marketing to attract my perfect client. It is just a tip for beginners, you do not know everything when you start. Just keep doing and answers will find you. Thank you, Ryan!

Prospecting: You exchange business cards. They will give you their number and they will enthusiastically say call me to tomorrow. By the time they answer their phone. They will say, who are you? Where did you get my number? Indentifying their needs: When they smell you are selling something many will clam up and even run away from you. Follow up: Some will say I will order X amount call me tomorrow. When you call them they will say they changed their mind many will even block your number.
