He is wrong with the assertion that every child abroad is paid / looked after by the governments. It is not done in America. Some countries in Europe, maybe. There are requirements to qualify for some spending money called food stamps in America. The only time a parent / parents can get money for a child or children is when they file their yearly income taxes, and if qualified they get an amount of Child Earned Income Tax credit. People need to be informed and stop generalizing. You paint the wrong picture to others.
