I love links awakening because of all its references to other games and the side scrolling parts. I tried to 100% the switch version a few weeks ago, got all the seashells, all the heart pieces, all the crane game figures, but could not be bothered to 100% dampe's dungeon maker thing or collect all the pieces for it. Kudos to whoever can because that part is maddening. Made me despise dampe.

One of the worst changes in a game ever: in the original Link's Awakening You didn't get a necklace from the fisherman, but a bikini top. That also explains why the mermaid is really pissed off when You dive close to her. It changes with the color version to a necklace. Seems Nintendo decided thas implying the mermaid is naked is too risky

I’ve played and beaten this game over a dozen times on basically all platforms including emulation. I had no idea you throw bombs in those holes for shells 😅 I remember being like how tf do I get in there and trying for hours. This will help me get the second sword much much sooner in my next playthrough. I feel like I won haha thanks for the video it was entertaining 👍🏽
