Would the course be useful to someone without a lot to show publicly? I have a Bachelor's degree and 9+ YOE in the software engineering field. I have 1 industrial research paper and 1 US patent, but other than that I don't have something to prove my credentials because all my work and efforts have been within private companies I've worked for and not published.
Hi, the course is helpful to anyone with a case, because it teaches a process. The course does not improve profiles. You need to evaluate if there is enough in your profile and future plans to create a decent case. If you think so, the course will teach you how to do it.

Hello Oscar, I am getting ready to apply for the EB2-NIW and I'm considering including my Google Scholar page. However, I have some concerns regarding one of the publications on it, which has received the highest number of citations. The publication was initially published in 2016 without my consent, but my name was added later after I confronted my co-authors about my contributions to the article. Unfortunately, I have noticed that some journals have either misspelled my name or intentionally omitted it. Although I have added the publication to my Google Scholar page, I am worried that the US officer reviewing my application may see it as a conflict. I wanted to bring this to your attention and seek your advice on whether or not to proceed with using the Google Scholar page. If it is typical for immigration officers to conduct a Google search, then I could add the publication to my filing, as they would still be able to see it regardless of whether or not I include it in my Google Scholar page. Please let me know your thoughts on this matter.
Hi, that is a super specific question about your case . Generally I recommend to provide both google scholar screenshot and your publications . You have to think how you want to do it in this particular situation . Generally they will not conduct a search but do make sure whatever you show is truthful to avoid issues down the line

Hi Doriane. Thanks for your words. To your question: no, don't worry about that. A waiver of job offer really means that they are waiving the labor certification process because of your important work for the united states. In fact, this was my case... i was employed at the time and I showed them my offer letter and support letters from my employer too.

The interview is in front of a person and they can ask in any language. Speaking English is not mandatory so you can ask if they can communicate in your language

I am living in Australia and 1 month ago I sent my application and supporting documents to apply for the EB2 NIW to the Texas service centre because I applied through the premium processing. I have never received a notice of action from USCIS accepting my application. However, today, I receive here in Australia my application and supporting documentation with a message saying that there was incomplete information on form I-140 points 9a to 9e (employer address), which in my opinion it is incorrect because I am applying for this visa due to I do not have a job offer nor an employer to be my sponsor. I am applying for the EB2 NIW as master degree graduate from an Australian University and I prepared an endeavour related to the production of an organic substrate to contribute to the food security of the US. This is a very strange observation and could you suggest how should I proceed? Thanks in advance.
Hi Nelson, it is hard for me to say anything because I do not have the information on your case. It sounds strange they are asking for that. Can you double check that this is really all they are asking for? The form has many parts, the numbers change in each part of the form. Also, make sure you specified you were applying for EB2 NIW and not any other class of EB2 (in part2). If you download my form you can see how to fill it out correctly. It is in www.eb2niw.info. Hi Kesavan. Two things. If you are indian born maybe EB2 NIW is not the right choice for you because there is a decade of backlog. Second, if you only have bachelor without 5 years of post graduation experience, then you need to prove exceptional ability. Please read about it if you are interested

Hola! Como explico en el vídeo no necesitas un informe por cursos, sino de documento. La agencia te puede pedir lo que consideren necesario para evaluar tus estudios pero lo que tú necesitas de ellos es un informe que indique razonadamente a qué título americano equivale tus estudios. En relación a los originales, eso debes preguntarselo a la agencia, no a mi. Cada empresa opera de una forma diferente. En mi video también explico eso. Saludos

Does the birth and marriage cerrificates need to be translated into English? What about the education? Only the transcript or the diplomas as well. What about the pensum?
Any document that is now originally in English need to be translated. If the education is foreign you need credential evaluation report, you can check that video

I'm not sure what you are referring to. The i-140 is the first part of the process, then you have to go to the consulate for interview and get their final approval but 140 is the more difficult step

Hi, depending on where you are and their current worload, it can be normal. Maybe your package arrived only a few days ago depending on where you are shipping from. Usually they charge the fee within the first 3 weeks, but let's see if you hear back soon.
