I personally agree with all the info Shawk mentioned. Rank doesn't demonstrate or show your real skill. One thing that I have to say is that playing a 1v1 is also a somewhat big difference, as some people might feel like, at home or be more comfortable, while others might be nervous all along, as there are a lot of spots they can spawn peek you, or straight go into obj and die. It all depends on the player. I certainly would be terrified of playing a 1v1 against another player of my same rank.

I've been a fan of shawk for 2-3 years and I feel that the content just gets better even during his daily uploads. Keep up the good work you're one of the best siege creators and players and it's really cool to see we can have players who aren't massive douchebags that troll or talk trash without backing it up. Just don't screw yourself with the daily uploads I see so many creators hurt their health just to play a game for some quick cash.

I’m my experience playing siege, the gun skill kind of levels off at high gold low plat then any ranks higher than that are based on how well your team works together, and what strats you use, and your game sense

Me and my two friends were hardstuck golds and some people we knew said they were better than us since there were two plats and a diamond so we did a 3v3 and our gold team stomped the “better” team in three consecutive matches. So it’s true that rank doesn’t determine skill, sometimes a few lucky or unlucky matches will change rank

Z ping for me is an issue because one can spam it over and over again. It also reduces amount of needed calls in solo q. It’s great for 5 stack on which is only an issue due to it pretty much being op. For solo q it makes a player not want to use callouts and get mad when asked for calls by screaming z ping over and over again.

When I was super into siege, I was gold. But that was a few years ago so everythings different now but shiiiiiiit we really are a different breed. One day I’ll be absolute ass, the next I’ll just be carrying my whole team😭🤣
