So I received in October 2023 my I-797c that my petition has been received and I’m supposed to wait if biometrics is necessary. I haven’t received any letter or email on what to do next, nor what tracking number if it has been in fact forwarded to NVC. Only the receipt number in the 797c form. It is now January 31st 2024. Do I contact USCIS or NVC for this matter?
@@zehrakhan6611 still nothing. I called uscis and it wouldn’t transfer me to an agent but only keeps asking for receipt number, but then only tells me to follow the notice. So I’m still waiting but still nothing.

El mío llega 6 meses acabo de llamar a USCIS y me dijeron que se comunicarían con los servicios de Potomac. Por q el tiempo de proceso ya sobre paso. Te recomiendo q llames y sigas llamando hasta q obtengas alguna información
We filed i824 together with i485 . I485 was aproved a week ago so i824 is pending for 5 months but they couldn't do anything with it before i485 aproved. Is the processing time starts now or it's already 5 months
