i play war thunder scince before japan got added as a playable country, and i can confidently say i have not bought so much golden eagles TOTAL in my entire life.
Bruh every time I see a war thunder video I see modern tanks and jets. But I don’t have them. It’s like getting blue balls but for modern vehicles then realising that I don’t have anything.
Holdup I might not be sure, but buying premium directly from the gaijin shop is cheaper than with GE. It's 40 buckles for a year, and I believe it's slightly more using GE but I could be wrong.
A full year is cheaper in game. The only issue is that you can't buy the exact amount of GE you'd need; the extra GE makes it cost more. If you intend to spend that GE anyway, this doesn't matter.

I'm still malding that they refuse to add the MiG-17F to the proper tech tree, instead leaving it as only a North Korean premium... the Germans get a MiG-17PF at least but it's not the same...
Real talk: if you earn $10/hr at your job, you can research vehicles faster by going to work at that job than by playing the game, if you have the convertible RP to use.
personaly i think MiG 21S is great at 9.7 even without flares, a lot of people don't expect a headon with SARH missile from that thing and it's crazy fast. Mind you I already had a ton of experience flying MiG 21MF from the german tree but still, S got me through the entire russian tree in 6 days.
Great for your proposed line-ups....until they move your premiums anywhere they feel like. I hated World of Tanks but will say this for them. They didn't f*ck with the premiums. You should never mess with "real world money" tank purchases.....sorry just mho.....thanks man...
I’ve gotta disagree with the MiG-21 S not being good for air rb. Because of the matchmaker the R-3R’s at altitude can catch many planes without RWW off guard thinking they can flare them. I’ve had so many 4-5 kill games in the 21 s, but yeah no flares is a pain when an A-10 comes knocking :(
mig-21s is actually my best sl and rp earner for russia the radar missiles at high alt are so funny to use back then when i bought it you could keep the missile primed and just turn the radar on last second
I bougth an ariete too and amount of fkin suffer i had coz i didnt know how to play it(iam kinda sh*t pilot) and all missels i thougth i made a terrible purches but now i still kinda suffer from missels and my skilissue but its lot better and it is a very nice feeling when i have a good game. spend my gold on a talisman on the falcon. the strv 101. a t14. sherman 3/4. who doesnt want to field a t34. a pz4 and a sherman in 1 lineup. sadly was to slow to research the aj37 in time to talisman it so next sale maybe
Its worth mentioning ita cheaper to buy premium time directly through gijin store than through warthunder when the sales are on.. atleast last few times ive bought it allways double check when it comes to anything especialy gijin
@@WalvisYT ah I think last time if you are buying solely enough ge to get premium you were better off doing kt through gijin but they might have changed it
ok, the mig-21 R-13-300 doesn't have flares, BUT its fast and this is all you need in this br. the turn time is okey, yes its mig-21 so you can't expect amazing dodge fight performance, but when you fly this plane for some time you get use to it and you can dodge aim-9Ls and all this stuff. Just be fast, take 4x R-3R and enjoy the game.
Well you did what is very smart from ANY war thunder player You arent a Whale but rather a Wallet Warrior As a Veteran in War Thunder I have almost all Vehicles (Including Premium and event vehicles) of the USSR and Britain. over the years I've bought them as Discounts to save up on the long run that was very clever. However I saw people bust in over 50-200$/€ to buy they way to a specific vehicles that you would see in the first match of your day questioning how he got it when the update was live after 15 min. The 2S38 is good for many reasons,it has a Autocanon with VT that the Soviets never had for a long time,and its a Light tank Premium that also I was waiting for,well more or less. That is the Domestic Russian SPAA and not a Light tank,so technically you bought a SPAA Premium,you could have gotten the Zut-37 that is the SPAA Premium.
i just spend my money on a ton of ugly tanks i thought would be funny to have. Tiger P, Su 100Y, Pz.Sfl.Ic, Sherman III/IV, FW140 A5/U14, german Yak 1B and a Panzer IV / 70 (A) and the TOG from the event. for most of em, yea money well spend, they are very funny to use.
And premium time also gives you premium bias even if you're not using a premium vehicle especially after you just bought it it will wear off after 3 days or so
