Rear trailing arms need to be either rubber bushings or spherical joints because they move up/down and left/right so poly isn’t the best application. I did the same with my e36 when I did all poly subframe bushings and ended up switching back to rubber just for the trailing arm bushing for that reason
Invest in a pair of quick Jack's there long type platform that go along side under neath where your sideskirts go to lift the whole car up in the air cause doing it the way
