I feel like Cosmic should be renamed to Hypnotic, considering when you think of the word cosmic you think of space. Beyond that I think all of them are amazing so far! I’ve been wanting to pursue a pikmin/Pokémon fan game since Pikmin 4 came out, all I managed to get so far is that the Smokey progg based mon is obtained by breeding a mamuta, and instead of hatching the egg like usual, you use glow sap on it.
The first thing that I thought when I saw the first shorts about this was that it could be used to create a card game EXACTLY like Pokemon TCG but with Pikmin.
i had an idea for a metallic pikloment it would be for the man at legs, groovy long legs iridescent flint and glint beetles gildemandwee and gildemander all have ether mechanical parts or metals to them. metallic would be weak to militance and earth immune to cinder and resists flora Edit:i just had a thought what about a dog pikloment and it would have moss the sirehound and all the grubdogs its dumd but would be funny to see
Considering the shape and dragging abilities I think at least Oatchi, Moss, Breadbugs can be categorized into same group, not exactly dogs because we can't see Sirehound having same capabilites as Spacedogs even Breadbugs
What about an explosive Pikloment? Creatures that have bombastic attacks that destroy Pikmin, creatures such as the Man-At-Legs, Careening Dirigibug, and Gatling Groink come to mind for this Pikloment.
Well, here's a suggestion. The mimic type; Basically creatures that hide or use mimicry to avoid predators. A mimic type creature is immune to EVERYTHING, but if the creature is exposed or found out, it's mimic type dissappears!
Trap type: a pikloment for creatures that either pretend to be something they aren’t or hide in something that normally rewards you Weakness is millitance (4) because destroying an egg with a millitance attack can instantly destroy the creatures waiting inside.
honestly I love this idea and while you are doing this for Pikmin 4, imma write a comment about other creatures not in Pikmin 4 (sorry Hey Pikmin fans) -Armoured Cannon Beetle from the first game, not the Horned one from this game, but it's typing would be Earth/Millitance creature due to rocks and its hard exoskelton -Goolix would certainly be an Aqua creature, just single type since it is basically just water Pikmin 2: -Antenna Beetle would be a Cosmic type, due to how to kidnaps Pikmin, a second type would be in order perhaps but none really fit (Gale maybe? But it doesn't fly it just leaps) -Bulbmin by nature have to be Specter/Flora types. The big one might be different typing, perhaps Toxin/Specter as Toxin contains the parasitic Toxstool -Bumbling Snitchbug would be a Gale type -Careening Dirigibug, hard to decide but if Bomb Rocks are Earth attacks then the unusual Gale/Earth -Cloaking Burrownit would be an Earth type -Decorated Cannon larva would be an Earth type, though something else is in order. Either Millitance again or you could mix it up with Cinder (Heatseeking rocks? Idk but don't want to type it the same as the Armoured Cannon larva) -Gatling Groink oh boi. (Ruinious for vibe) But seriously, Millitance for literal millitary weaponery I guess. Really it needs it's own Pikloment, perhaps if you make a Machine Pikloment and/or an Explosion one it could have those. But millitance for now -Hairy Bulborb, pretty generic, Millitance seems to be the Bulborb type, but what else? Whatever. I feel Frost for the Ice Immunity as I think it would have that in this game and also be burnable -Munge Dwevil would just be Toxin, maybe even Toxin/Plain -Pileated Snagret, would be earth for digging but also Millitance for sheer force of will -Raging Long Legs, hard to say. He has this otherworldly feeling to him, but not Specter or Mystic feeling, perhaps he could be Ruinious? Ruinious/Millitance if thats the case -Ranging Bloyster, Aqua, it's ability doesn't fit a type that well -Ravenous Whiskapillar, Plain, maybe if you add a more centralize "Pest" type they would be that and also Plain. -Segmented Crawbster, Millitance all the way. The boulders in it's fight aren't linked to the creature in any way shape or form, so no Earth -Snowy Bulborb, the name would suggest Plain/Frost, but maybe something else that isn't on the type chart (yet) -Titan Dwevil, I think Plain/Frost, Frost because of the Iceblown Dwevil's entries saying that in certain contitions, their skin is Peach like the Titan, and Plain since I don't think all Plain creatures should be small one-shots, this one is plain but uses weaponery to fight you so it doesn't have those types -Unmarked Spectralids, Plain, whadda you expect -Violaite Dwevil, I think Earth for the bomb and Ruinious since it's nature is just to run to you and blow up, fits the whole destruction motive quite well. -Louie would be a cosmic type for mind controlling the Titan Dwevil Pikmin 3: -Armoured Mawdad would be Millitance, maybe Plain too because it struggles to eat Pikmin if it doesn't have it's shell -Medusal Slurker, Gale of course but I think that's it. -Mysterious Lifeforn/Plasm Wraith, Specter, just Specter, it's immune to it's own elements attacks so checks out -Nectarous Dandelfly, Mystic/Gale -Phosbat, Plain and that's it, same with their spawners -Quaggled Mireclops, Earth/Flora? There is no other Plant type and it is the fruit on its head. -Sandbleching Meerslug, Earth. -Scornet/Scornet Mastero, Gale/Plain, the Mastero might have another type, maybe cosmic on how it commands but thats not mind control -Shaggy Long Legs, Millitance, maybe something else for the hair but it doesn't scream anything to me -Sputtlefish, Aqua/Flora since it photsynthesises. -Swarming Sheargrub, Plain, just bugs -Vehemoth Phosbat, Gale, maybe Gale/Plain since it is pretty weak without the darkness
Maybe like a sonuc (for fast movements no not beacause of sonic the hedgehog) for the antenna beetle and possibly a volatile one maybe a swarm typing or like you said pest
@@samsunshine5624 sonic is a good idea it's just very sparse, but volatile, theres a lot of enemies with explosive attacks that don't have better typings (Volatile Dweevil, Gatling Groink, Careening Dirigibug, and othe enemies that could use Volatile attacks like the Swooping Snitchbug and Skutterchuck)
metal pikloment would be cool and the enemies that represent them is man at legs and groovy long legs. they would be melted by cinder and immune to toxin pikloment and resists militance as they are so tough.
Tech pikloment would be AWESOME WITH THE MAN AT LEGS Weaknesses: militance, aqua, electricity, and frost. militance because heavy weight bends metal, water makes metal rust, metal conducts electricity, and frozen machines don’t work well do they. Strengthes: Flora. One reason, LAWNMOWER
The robot typing anything that makes music or. Or is basically a machine can be add it to the robot type And also The help we're typing is really nice and helps you. Even though it's could be added to like the bread
Piklment… yeah that’ll do. Though I’d be funny if you added a joke piklment called Dill or gherkin and just not give it to any thing, or even mention it. Would’ve been a pretty funny visual gag.
The robot typing is added to anything that acts like a robot and is a robot. The help typing it helps out any or any character that it can help. It while being shy. It also can really help a lot Helping you collect items
Hey. Dapper. Add a light type. It would be Immune to cinder, jolt, aqua, frost, and toxin, but weak to ruinous, militance, and specter. All of this is based on the glow pikmin's ability to resist everything but crushing, stabing, and smokey progg's gas.
Growth, its an RPG. Currently there’s only 1 of them. It grows other enemies. The empress bulblax is a growth type. It’s weak to millitance and no immunities
Explosion type This pikloment type could be given to enemies who have the ability to explode things, take the man at legs for example as it shoots energy beams that explode upon contact and is metallic giving it the metallic and explosion type Sadly not much has been discovered about this typing, but I would like to hear others thoughts
I suggest that breadbugs are either mythic + (?) for the small ones and giant breadbugs are mythic + Militance. Puffy blowhog = gale (any other types of puffy blowhog should have their respective dual element) Firey blowhog = cinder Watery blowhog = aqua
An "encased" type might fit. It goes to those that rely on a tough inanimate object, or any object at all, as a means of protection. (Like how dweevil's pick up any treasure/enemy to endure a hit.) They arent that strong, and a militance/earth type can remove it's armor with ease. This COULD apply to enemies literally encased in crystal, but idk if you wanna add types to enemies only found in pikmin 3
One type i would add is blast type its for creatures that use projectiles primarily Its strong on militance and flora Weak to gale and frost Has no immunities
I forgot all about TEAM SKY until you reminded me. Now, it currently lives rent free in my head 😂 But make no mistake. I AM A ADVOCATE FOR THE GLORIOUS TEAM SKY!! Couldn't be me about to binge a bunch of Mandjtv videos
not sure if you have flying yet but Airstream Type for flying enemies like Wollywogs, Snooping snitchbugs and Winged pikmin or even flying creature-resembling things like Snagrets
I was thinkin, unnatural - applies to creatures with an unnatural focus, man-at-legs, groovy, (I forgor name but flying bomber bug), all wraiths, rock pikmin, onions, dwevils, titan dwevil, etc.
I would add a noise element and it would be weak to nothing because you cant hurt noise and it would be effective against gale Element because if the sound is too Strong it can make living things in the air fall And an example of this element would be groovy Long legs
Maybe Psychic. This would apply to enemies like the Orange Bulborb which wakes up if you get close instead of having to touch it. BTW What about the standard Bulborb? Do they just not have a type?
@justacutepanda888 I'll just assume that is the case, since I can't think of any other explanation for the standard Bulborb. Maybe, it wasn't even worth to comment on this, since Pancake would probably explain it in a short eventually.
Maybe Gold could be a type. This currently only applies to Gildemander and Gildemandwee. These are creatures that are made of or use gold as a defense mechanism.
My New Type Is Magicial Is A type That Has Things That Are Mind Blowing Like Wilting Flowers And Having Three Abillities Yes three Abillities Because Say A shockcake Gets its Magicial Type Because It can Crush Rocks With IS elemtal Crush Meaning Even rocks Can't resist it because doing Both At the same time makes the get zapped while being crushed. The weakness of type is quite confusing Magicial Is Weal To flora But resist Flora at same time because the Wilting Blowhog Wilts Flower But you Can get them Back By finding Nectar Also Is Resist Miltance To make miltance have at least ONE weakness ANd Is Immune to Comsic For Some reason I thought Comsic will be ONLY weak to ice meaning so it get this weakness because There is NO WAY YOU CAN GET MOSS INTO A ROOM WITH WILTING BLOWHOG
There is something to be said about that, though. This isn't pokemon, after all, where you can have any pokemon on your team. You can make situations scripted.
The hoarder type home to 2 enemies (3 technically) the glidemandewee and glidemander (for the 3rd one foolix) reason being is that the glidemander family hordes gold on their backs plus they try to get it back if you knock it back and the foolix is because when you pull it out of yhe nectar it calls it back which in my opinion is hoarding
They were always called Wollyhops in the PAL versions of Pikmin 1-3. I guess Nintendo wanted to make them the new canon name to avoid controversy and keep everything consistent
Resistance means it does less damage against the other type. Immunity means it can't hurt the other type. and he literally answered the first question in the video.
