Bro the Richter Spirit is a reference to Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. Cause in the Richter fight near halfway through the game you have to defeat a green ball being controlled by Shaft to get to the second Castle! I love that!
And if you don't beat Shaft, the game just ends. And Alucard is like, "Yo, I'm so sad.", and the game is over. And you got no idea you did anything wrong unless you found at least one of the two rings!
@@AlriikRidesAgain I still love the fact that you had to be invested in playing the game to, you know, play the entire second half (technically more) of the game
7:39 A SYMPHONY OF THE NIGHT REFERENCE!!! (for those who don't know, in Symphony of the night, you play as Alucard, and Richter is possesed to be the king of Dracula's castle, if you defeat him, you get the bad ending, but if you defeat the spirit possessing him, you unlock the inverted castle, which is the halfway point of the game)
13:21 Nick: "Who dis?" (Nick reads rules) Me, who just replayed the original Street Fighter II: "OH GOD NOT AGAIN" *projectile spamming can be heard in the distance and grows louder* It was really neat to see my mod idea of No Double Jumps and No Midair Dodges implemented, I'm glad it cooked! (It's entirely possible that CSharp read somebody else's comment who had the same idea, and if that's the case, then that doesn't change the fact that I'm still happy that something that I wanted to see happened.)
14:50 “I airdodged, I don’t know why that connected” 😂 bro forgot that airdodge doesn’t work in this fight.
7:41 Oh...I get it. It's based off of Castlevania: SOTN. You have to free Richter from Shaft's curse by destroying the green orb. If you don't, Richter gets killed by Alucard and you get the Bad Ending. That's very clever and I love it.
As one of the few Pikmin fans in this comment section, the Mario shooting out a fireball that insta-kills is definitely something that happens in Pikmin
You can’t make this up counter 10:57 he died at 99 coins and he needs 100 12:42 he got Daisy one of his favorite characters if not favorite character 1:49 the sponsor is actually good!? You know why do people say you can’t make this up I could make this up
I have an idea for a spirit battle. It’s a flareon spirit that gives Pikachu fire effects on all of its moves, but you won’t see it since Flareon has no moves.
1:15 Kirby now understands what Little Mac goes through Edit: 3:10 Little Mac now understands how Kirby feels
6:45 alpharad reference? Edit: old alpharad did in fact say play lame win games in his old smash bro videos :)
here's what mine was: "every move nuetral special instakills, nairs stun, fairs slow, tilts have rediculous launch power but little damage, and jabs always spike" looking back i was stupid for thinking of making jabs spike lol
9:00.... So is no one gonna acknowledge how Little Mac just instant transmissioned from the ledge of the mocing platform to the ledge of the cave
I know some of these were silly, but its actually crazy this wasnt the design philosophy of world of light. These challenges are way more engaging than the repetitive rock paper scissors spirit challenges of the actual game
