💖Ingredients: 1 zucchini, 1/2 cap of tofu, 1 cheongyang red pepper, cooking oil, 2T of rice paper soy sauce, 1T of vinegar, 1t of sesame seeds, 1t of red pepper powder
👩🍳Recipe
1. Cut the zucchini with a chopping knife, soak it in salt, and remove the tofu by squeezing the water out.
2. Chop the cheongyang red pepper. (Omitted)
3. Drain pickled zucchini by hand and mix with tofu, cheongyang pepper, salt and pepper.
4. Soak the rice paper in water, then put the zucchini tofu filling on top and shape it.
5. Grease the pan and cook the zucchini tofu dumplings (could tear the rice paper if cooked over low heat)
6. When the outside is crispy, make super soy sauce and dip it in!
