I had a heart attack at work and 100% believed I was going to die, I said a prayer and told my co-workers to tell my family I loved them. Thankfully I'm still here, take care of yourself Kali and use this experience to enjoy your life even more.

Never met you Kali but I had a similar deal in 1999 at age 55. Had a triple bypass. 78 now and I watch out what I eat. Low carbs-no sugar. I can tell you are a good person and I wish you good health and God Bless You.

Heart attack claimed the life of my father at the age of 2 and my step father at the age of 12.
