Also, if you need 5 agil for surge, why not get a silverhawk boots? The boots itself is free on marketplace, and you need 48 feathers to get to lv 5 (~140k gp atm). Then there's also the toy mouse you can buy on GE to catch for 3 xp each. And there are stiles you can hop over in the Vinesweeper minigame, which you can access by talking to any Tool Leprechaun at any farming patch. (It's also very good hunter xp for low levels)
@@jcrs3314 Also a goal to work towards would be unlocking the chunk that the Wilderness Evil Tree event is located on, as that's a fairly easy way to earn money from a pretty quick event. And there's no combat involved in it either.

So a few comments, first is Maikeru is doing a similar chunk locking gameplay in RS3. He goes about it in a different means completely so I think you could use him as a good reference for progressing content wise in the game since he edits it really well and he's a long time RS3 content creator too. Next is you might want to get into thieving and utilize the HAM Hideout to get the easy clue scrolls for the 1m+ drops from doing them in your early stages. Some will be hard to complete since now you have to think of creative ways to unlock chunks without having to unlock dead chunks to get to an annoying clue location. Early stage mining for soft clay and ores is very profitable, same thing with crafting since a lot of these items are used for invention disassembling in mass with the auto disassemblers. Another thing is farming is a potential quick money maker. Making it a focus will help a lot since you are close to the Garden of Kharid where it unlocks planting more than 1 herb. Lots of the low level farm patches make bank along with all the extra potions and stuff you can utilize. A lot of the secondary items are all 10k each with the cost of less than 100gp each for a lot of them. Herblore is another big one you might want to focus on to make unfinished potions that make bank. Experience is negligible for most but this will be a solid money maker to add tothe money making schemes that you might feel are getting too repeatable. You can also focus on this to unlock high level potions that help for all the different bonuses when doing anything like the juju farming potions and more. Archaeology is completely missing too, you can farm massive amounts of raw resources for high value profit margins for time spent. Sifting through those clay stuff is a highly profitable money maker too. Thats just a few things that could be massive boons to how you are currently playing the game.
Theres stiles in vinesweeper that you can access for agility xp. A whole 2xp per hop. Also you can buy ogleroots and feed the 8 rabbits every few minutes for 30 hunter xp each
I really like the series! And glad you gave a shoutout to Flipping OSRS. Just an idea I had, but it might be cool if you had to drop your remaining money every time you buy a new chunk. It would be a fun little grind at the beginning of each chunk to have to make your starter cash in a new way. Since cash can sometimes be too easy to come by in RS3. But regardless, looking forward to more videos! Keep it up
I don't watch much OSRS content anymore but I'll look into the inspiration since I enjoy this so far. Are you not allowing yourself to merch for cash or is it just not something you do? And wouldn't it be more fun, even if more expensive if you bought items you also would want to use like instead of a Manuscript of Bik you got Abyssal Jaws (If thats still over 5m, I play iron so I really don't have a good grasp on what stuff is worth).
I can merch and flip for cash on GE, I'm just historically not very good at it. Hopefully I'll be able to learn properly before chunks start costing 100M. In the early stages I think its more useful for me to just unlock chunks as fast as I can and think of utility when my levels are higher.
As you mention about 5 minutes in, it feels a bit wrong to unlock the next chunk before you complete the Demon Slayer quest, have you considered giving yourself the restriction of needing to complete any quests that only takes place in currently unlocked chunks before moving on to the next one? I don't know if there is a list you can check for which quests takes place at which locations, but I would be an interesting approach! Really nice videos, I'm looking forward to join your journey! And please consider buying yourself a Ring of Fortune, even though it will eat into 1m of your profit. The unlimited GE teleport will probably be so much time saved for you, as GE is such a central part of this moneylock! Or CashLock :P
@@Sandnessen I don't think I'll make it an official rule that I have to complete the quests in a given chunk to move on. However, I'll probably do it naturally while exploring chunks anyway so no need to make it a rule. The ring of fortune is a really good call.
