I used to fight for hours just to go to sleep. But since I found your channel, that battle is over before it begins.. Maybe say an affirmation like " I Am at peace and able to sleep deeply throughout the night". Say this in the moment that you are drifting off to sleep. Hope this helps you to get a full nights rest 💤🌛

These videos helped change my life. Thank you Jason. Infinite love and abundance towards you for your voice on these topics. I’ve been able to support myself financially, in a free manner and ways I wasn’t aware were possible after hearing these and doing some of my own magic if you will.
