I'VE JUST SEEN THIS!! I recognize the name!! I cut an extra part from this videos intro about how much I respect your earlier runs. To do all that years ago when the controller to PC software wasn't there at all is incredible. I know you said you actually made a lot of the software yourself which is bad ass as hell. In my part 2 unfortunately I'm not doing something as hard as voice command :') but will be in part 3. I found dance pad extremely tough though!

An underrated feature of the wiimote and switch remotes is not having to hold your hands together to use the full controls. It seems like such a little thing but it's a big difference in practice.

nunchuck will always be my favorite controller just because of how physically comfortable it was to hold and use, like if someone replaced the wiimote A button with a 4 button spread, I would use that for every controller game lmao

Wish you luck in getting the record! Unfortunately for some records Guinness essentially sells them by using a certification fee, so there have been people who have beaten listed records and not actually received them because Guinness "isn't taking submissions in that category currently" or they just flat out refuse to verify it. Either way, us fans will know you have the record, even if Guinness does what it does best. Can't wait to watch the content either way!

Yo Lenny, I dunno what software you’re using to map your controllers but I know there’s stuff out there that lets you change inputs when holding buttons. What if, whatever button you have to center the camera can be held so the buttons for movement turn into camera movement. You won’t be able to move and look at the same time but it might make certain parts a lot easier. Just a suggestion

@@ZeroLennythere is a really good full remapper program I use which you can use to do stuff like that and even macros (although macros is kind of cheating imo) It’s called rewasd. I use it for my Xbox elite controller so I can map my paddles on the back of the controller exactly how I want. I’m not sure if it will have compatibility with all these crazy controllers or not, I just use standard controllers, but it works magic for them.

there's an insane controller that is kinda like a prototype for the wii mote, its the onimusha 3 special collector's edition katana ps2 controller. besides the buttons, it also has move imputs.

Surely it would have been possible to bind the drumkit inputs to a macro program that allows for held duration inputs, so that you could for example bind a single strike to hold forward for maybe around 0.3 seconds so that you would simply need to drum roll as long as you need to move.

MIDI Keyboard, EWI (Electronical wind instrument - like a keyboard for aerophones; the flow of breath is also an input), Launchpad and last - but most original- the Teremin: An electonical Instrument with 0 input buttons, you have to hold your hands in a magnetic field to produce different inputs. Some other ideas which might be possible without tonnes of reprogramming: Flight Stick (or Steel Battalion Controller) Steering Wheel with the Logitech Heavy Equipment Side Panel (redefine farming in game) Graphic Tablet (might need something other than a keyboard for it to count though. Non-Traditional Keyboards (A few out there would definitely be different enough from a regular keyboard) Light Gun (This one might take some reprogramming to feed shot co-ordinates in as joystick movement) Touchscreen Arcade Stick Xbox Adaptive Controller

I have a rare Microsoft sidewinder gamepad controller (it has a literal pivot in the middle intended for camera controlling) that I'd be happy to send you if you need more ideas for future fun videos. It's wonky as fuck literally twisting the controller to look around but still works flawlessly on modern windows and is USB-A. Lots of buttons too. It was intended for fps titles like the first half life. I wouldn't mind even making a quick guide to setting it up for use in any game. Only caveat is I'd want it back eventually. It's really rare.

Did you ever use composite inputs? I know Steam Input can set up things like chorded pressed, mode shifts, and stuff to increase the functional number of keys you can use, but I'm pretty sure it's not compatible with most of your alternative controllers.
