I agree about the fence. It made a big difference in our dog's life. It's also very nice to have when your kids are old enough to start playing outside without constant supervision.

Congratulations on the new baby! What a nice surprise! Sorry about your roofing issues, a friend of mine just went through a similar situation with a builder who did a terrible job adding a deck and new roof on. She took him to court and won... so hopefully you'll get the same outcome. Happy to see that you're back and still on track with your journey!
