Technically, unless you get four more rune bars or a way to get them, you wouldn’t need 99 smithing, just the highest level for an item using one rune bar
By my calcs, you only need 92 smithing for throwing knives if you only have one runite bar, because you cannot make anything higher even if you had the smithing level.

with the combat rework, you can use whatever spell for training, since they all do the same amount of damage now, it should be fine with just air spells
Doesnt the Rune Bar technically mean that you only have to get 92 smithing for rune throwing knives because that is the item requiring the highest smithing level to smith with only one bar?
granted this is highly unlikely because you can get rune from a lot of things, but what if you have a smithing grind and only the one bar? do you still have to wait for 2, 3, or 4 more bars from random events for 2h or pbody/legs?

What stage did you decide to not cheese the maze randoms? I think with your grind, the cheese is absolutely worthwhile. Theres a RuneLite plugin for it too
I don't need the elemental runes, I need the catalytic runes which you can't get from the chests in the maze random, only at the end! So it's better for me to charge through it.
Hi Hannibal, If you do a maze run, for a faster run Click the tile in front of the door, then click on the door. You will cancel the opening animation. :) thank you for the content

Should with the rune bar you only have to train till you can make something with 1 bar? As you dont have the rune bars to make a plate body it seems dumb to go there.
I agree it be 85 smithing unless the account gets 2 more runite bars or 2 runite then it will be 99 by the terms. That will reduce it by 14 levels. If the account gets additional high tier bar aka runite bar then it moves up to 2 bars and three bars
@@OSRSHannibal I be okay with that and still up to you. I think 92 if that last one before 2 bars and last 3/5 one then it fair. That way you not require to go all the way to 99 but if you get last two runite bar or ores then 99 it is.
85 str looks good on you sir. I'm still kind of happy for you that you don't have the beaver yet as it does give you something to break up the magic grind when you need to.

unless you unlock mining with rune available you still only have one bar. The highest thing you can make with it is throwing knives at lvl 92, unless you consider it a grind to now get 3-5 total from mystery boxes :P Edit: top two comments pointing this out XD
What do you mean? I don't have any requirements that's just from random events. It's all drops in the chunk! Random events just sometimes make it a little quicker.
