I live about 1 hour away from Houston if not closer. I live in Alvin Texas which is about 45-1 hour away from Houston and I want to move to Houston so bad because I mean. It's just beautiful. But.. there's a lot of violence. But good luck on the house and the build! Love the videos

Construction loan including the land in the loan. Land purchase price was $175k and i only paid $105k down on the loan. I financed both land and construction!
@@kelvingavin9519 cash out refis are up to 75% ARV . He’s going to already have a 700k expected cost. A million dollar house with 75% will get him 50k equity plus his initial investment (down payment )
