recently my dad bought the dunlop TVP1 tremolo pedal on craigslist, and the guy selling it was the Catalinbread guy. he gave my dad a Soft Focus reverb off the line. Awesome people and awesome pedals
Click here and enter to win: catalinbread.com/ Catalinbread sent me a BEAUTIFUL pedalboard to giveaway completely loaded with their 70s series finished pedals. I hope you win.
Entered! I always enter your giveaways when I catch them. I don't care if I win or not. It's just fun to enter & watching the new videos are always cool! 🤘
i think the most interesting of these pedals is that reverb, echo, modulation pedal at the end...far fucking out!!! Especially 27:09 and beyond into some unknown oblivion of doom.
I need this in my life. Pedals pedals pedals, nothing can be greater than extension on your pedal board. These things sound fucking fabulous. This is the first time I’ve seen pedals from this brand that look this nice, hopefully I win em. Good luck to all! Don’t forget to get naked, get your surf on, and keep it bluesy.
I'd love a bias knob set to an expression control so that I could destroy and rejuvenate with my foot while playing. Crumble, disintegrate and explode the sustain, hands free.
That was the shortest hoop jumping list I've ever done... 😮 That Adineko is a seriously cool 70's sounding pedal! Might have to get one of those too! Dang, Ryan! You're a great salesman! 😂
Can't wait for their all chrome pedals with it's matching chrome pedal board. I hope one of those chrome pedals is named "Broken Toaster" and has old toaster style knobs.😅😊😂
That's gotta be one of the coolest pedalboards ever! Love the visual style they have going on. Never paid much attention to Catalinbread before but these are fantastic pedals. That fuzz is equal parts weird and amazing. 😮
Catalinbread used to be a staple on my board… I still have their Soft Focus for my bass board. I had the Dirty Little Secret with 3 knobs and a Rock/Rawk switch, the small Semaphore Tremolo, their Ottava Magus Octavia (in the tiny case), the Perseus sub-octave fuzz, and the Echorec.
I would be putting the ones on the back(top row) on risers, in the heat of the moment a big fat foot could hit the knobs on the lower board. It's my favourite colour, matching guitar, nice.
I just checked out the catalinbread site. They have some DIY pedals, just add solder. They call them "Knight School" pedals. I might try one of those out.
I guess the Adineko is an analog bucket brigade based circuit, likely with multiple simultaneous different timed delays to simulate the Tel-Ray Oil can stuff
I have had my eyes on an Adineko for years. The original Oil Delay units were troublesome, to say the least. Who here has confidence plugging into a device that mixes electricity with oil? Yikes! Great idea by Catalinbread to package this set up. BTW, Ryan, if it's the only pedalboard for the prize, can you sign the back of the board?
