Your very smart barber because #1 you take your skill and profession seriously. Any professional that specializes is hair know you have to look face type in relation to a hairstyle. I'm ethnic (African-American, Irish Scottish, Native American, Asian, other) and my hair is rather thin but when i go to the salon they treat my hair like it's course. And it's not. They never look at my features nor my face type. So I give you kudos for paying to your clients' facial structure, ethnicity, other, because it is important when doing hair and creating a style that is appropriate for that client. Kudos Bro!!! 👍👍👍👏👏👏
Cutting Latino / Indigenous Peoples hair is like cutting hair for Central Asians. Almost the same texture. I grew up w/ guys with similar hair. They would wear a hair net at night to keep the hair slicked back. Only one of my brothers has that beautiful thick black hair. It looks really good long. He had it trimmed by his roommate (a hair stylist) and kept it looking good.
My granda own gbarber shop. When he sold it i took the stripe column thhe everyone knows what that means. I refurbish it to be the bottom part of mailbox. Halloween i cover with black bag!
I love the texture of this gentleman’s hair. I was going an EEG on a Native American girl years ago. I asked her if she was of Indian descent. She was a little nervous about my questions, but soon was proud to tell me about the Tribe she was from. I was very interested to hear about her ancestry. She had the most beautiful hair, long, black, and shiny. 💙
@@izzyash2031An EEG is an electroencephalogram. Wires attached to the head to record electrical brain activity. It can be recorded for 30 minutes to days depending on the patient’s diagnosis. The wires are attached with a paste like substance or a “ superglue” depending on the duration of the testing. I always liked to wash my patient’s hair after the test, so that they could leave the hospital in reasonable condition. Not all labs do that, but treating people with kindness is always the way to be. I just met a lady today that said I should know you. Through our conversation we realized that she had been my patient. Even years later it was nice to hear her praise. 💙
Cut helped 😊dude is more Mongolian and Alaskan Eskimo look….face round with cheek bones under the eyes…hair sorta heavy black with slight Asian texture…. You did what you could…but I would have slimed the back so he look like he have a neck… In fact I would have bought the cut up in the back and tapered it a bit….the crown looked too flat in the back….
Most of the haircut videos you post are good, but this one missed the mark for me. I'm not a fan of this style and honestly can't imagine many men pulling it off. It kind of reminds me of a helmet-almost like Darth Vader's!😂
I agree with most here who say the back should’ve been shorter. The client did not like it. He had a wtf look in his face but remained stoic. It is better than before no doubt but not the best I’ve seen you do.
@@alisonfraser8231 I'm just impressed by his skills and as a woman with very long hair I've never been to a barber shop so I don't know if they accept women. I thought with those scissor skills he could cut any gender's any length hair. I'm not saying women can't style I just hadn't seen anything like this before.
I must say another great cut! As you stated, his ancestors could be Aztec or Mayan as he looks like he emigrated from Central America. Thick dark brown hair! I wish I had my dark brown hair; I go darker in the winter, highlights in the summer and for my birthday (January).
Def looks Aztec like from modern day southern Mexico. I feel like people of aztec descent have darker eyebrows whereas Mayans have super light eyebrows and more pronounced nose but I could definitely be wrong lol.
Why @The4thken outchae always making fun of the people whose hair hez cutting. Is it just me or is that unprofessional. I've been watching his videos for a while now and it's cool and how passionate he is about his craft but that just doesn't go down well. Would he still make fun if they were paying for the haircuts. Or rather would he be creating the same kind of insulting click baity thumbnails and commentary if they were paying customers. I know thumbnails have to be catchy but to insult your customers/clients in the process is wild to me.
Hey 4 ! Loved the cut but I just wish he showed how happy he was with the final result ! U did a fantastic job 4 as always I.just luv ur vids But please let ur clients be more ecstatic lol ! Brilliant 4 a Whizz with the Sizz!! Peace
It could have been more tapered at the back and spiked up on top and shorter. I didn't like the way his hair looked from the front or the back, his hair is very strong in texture and very straight so he needs textured products for his hair to maintain a good style.
Honestly most don't care, we coordinate these videos prior to shooting, So if I can sense extreme insecurities from someone I'll just let them know its prolly not gonna work out. I've only had one person really be upset, because his last barber really messed up his hair. I deleted the video out of courteous for him. Being 100% transparent, Would've been dope if I was in an industry that didn't involve people's faces. Like for example if I was a chef youtuber or a car cleaner youtuber. Hair is attached to people's faces so it becomes partially apart of their identity so its hard
@@the4thken thanks for the thoughtful response! Maybe for the insecure ppl, you can have them hold a mask up to to their face. Girl hairstylists on RU-vid do it all the time, especially for transformations and for clients with severe hair loss and other hair issues where they may be ashamed. The mask is like a masquerade ball mask, like a 🎭 held on a stick. But I like seeing people’s faces though, and showing the face is part of your brand, and if you start offering some the option, more would take it than you initially intended. Also, seeing as how much the hair/face balance is important it might be better to let the faces show, so that future clients can see themselves in some of your current clients.. just free thinking 🤔..
I’m not a barber but I guess just to see how the cut would work. For example I have some relatively high cheekbones that go a bit outwards, so if my hair is too short on the sides I’ll look like an egg. I’d assume it’s just to see how the haircut would from the clients face and how it should be done
Real nice!, be sure to teach them how to apply product and style (but off camera, you can tell most are self conscious on camera), sell them the product and show them a couple of times how to style. If the cut requires styling, they need to style at home too!! or it won’t look right.
