Wow this is powerful, been listening it your disciplined affirmations, and they’ve been very effective (feel like such a different person compared to ever a week in a half past ) but I’m thinking of using this to help sleep a bit to, for the first time in a while I felt. A relaxed smiled form on my face, this content of yours is life changing man, as someone who was skeptical of affirmations for the longest time these are really effective. I am in love with your channel and eventhough these are Alpha Male focused, I still listen. Is there ANYWAY you can create an Alpha Female set as amazing as the Alpha Male focused subliminal videos?? I often get suggestions to do them for 8 hours, but I've done years of daily trial-and-error with sleep programming and found that listening through an entire night of sleep can create subconscious resistance. Specifically, listening during REM cycles. The most receptive time is while you're falling asleep: the alpha-theta border. I only recommend listening to anything for the first 2 hours of sleep max.

Will you provide what the whisper voices are saying behind your voice please? At 28:23 I think they’re saying “everything is getting better”, but I can’t make out some of the others...also I don’t hear them consistently throughout, what makes you choose their cycles?
