I am in shock... What ARUA CITY in Uganda 🇺🇬 looks like 5 years later since I left 

I made the decision to go for university in Arua in 2015 and I lived and studied here for 3 years. Today I return to see how Arua has changed over the past 5 years. One thing we all know is that it was elevated to City status, but do the infrastructure developments and lifestyles up people live up to it's elevation?
