I wonder why this drama had low viewership ratings in korea when this is actually one of the best i've seen so far in terms of production, story and script and versatile actors.
Competition I believe, I don't know the Korean airing schedule, but in the US, a lot of times, a TV show ratings would be bad simply because it was airing at the same time as a more popular show on a different channel
One of “the” most powerful scenes in K-Drama. Brilliantly acted and portrayed by both of them. This series literally has more layers of love than a family tree. Do not be fooled by the title. Definitely worth your time. Just recently rewatched it during COVID, I still got all the good feels 👍👍👍
This scene become so emotional not only because of what they are saying at this moment but also because of what you think will happen soon after this: Min-kyu won't be able to see Ji-ah anymore as the true Aji3 (with erased memory) was already repaired. And as for Ji-ah, she won't be able to tell him the truth for the mean time. That's what make it heart- wrenching. You will think about this over and over again in every line they say and you eventually get caught crying. As of me, I get caught when Seung-ho cried at the very end. I can't stop it anymore. I would say this drama was made very well.
One of the most heartbreaking scenes in kdramaland. I was crying the whole time. The acting is just on point and that background song! Goodness! Ugh. One of the best drama I've seen in all my years of watching kdrama. Haha I've been an addict since 2004! It feels sad that this will end next week! Huhu
He is such a promising a actor. That cry he made at the end crushed my heart even though i have very little understanding on what they are talking about. His eyes are sooo expressive. This is unbelievable. Only him and Seo Kang joon, for me, cries more appropriately.
They were resetting her system (since he only knows she's a robot). They were complimenting each other. They told each other how happy they were during the times spent together. He gave her his necklace (he once said he will only give it to the last woman he'll love). She said by resetting her system all memories they spent will get deleted. And the last thing he input into her system will also get deleted right after. The input he was talking about was the last word he uttered, SARANGHAE. She told him after he press the button located at her nape the system will reset. He hugged her and told her ILOVEYOU. She said the reset process will begin in five seconds so he cried even harder. After the reset he knows everything will be different.

Everytime I watch this scene... I cry Ocean of tears... Most painful scene ever... Specially when he cries his heart out at the end... Its heart-wrenching... He gives that necklace to her as his token of true love, though he thought she is a robot but still....❤️
It's not about the real feelings they keep holding back for each other. It's not about how romantic he gave her his mom's only treasured thing but IT'S ALL ABOUT THE NECKLACE'S STORY. IT'S ABOUT THAT NECKLACE's LAST OWNER. It's all about the last receiver of the necklace. It's about how the necklace ended up in Ji A's neck. Yes.... you thought it right. Min Kyu said that necklace's last owner will be the most treasured person in his life (after his parents).

Yas... couldn't agree more. This is one of the best drama I've ever seen. Their chemistry is no joke. I smile like crazy when Ji A and Min Kyu play around. Then I cry like a river when I watch this scene. So heartbreaking.... I can't wait till next episode 😭😭😭

Man, I have class today but I still watched it this morning. Im sure Im gonna be late now but who cares? This is sooo heart breaking and it made me cry. Knowing that Min Kyu can't do anything about his feelings so he just have to reset her is just 😭😭😭. He also gave her the necklace. Damn that necklace, she's really special to him. And when he finally said 'I Love You', I cried a dam. 😭 I don't know how to feel anymore. Im going to school now and I think I'll be thinking about them the whole day.

I agree with u completely. I was heartbroken watching the scene of them parting ways just because he might die but seeing your username makes it even harder for me. Reminds me of Jonghyun again. The flashbacks of Taeyeon, Yeri, Eunhyuk, Donghae, Leeteuk, Onew, Key, Minho and Taemin crying, tears and all makes everything sadder. :'(

T_T I was watching this drama I'm Not A Robot so excitedly since it premiered weeks before Jonghyun's death and suddenly on the 19th of December I saw randomly SM artists swollen eyes on the thumbnails and was wondering if something was going on with SM again (yes, I only heard the news the next day after it broke out). But u know what, honestly I was scared already seconds before clicking that video. I felt like something very unimaginable happened. And usually I read comments first so I can ready myself and there was this one comment that says, R.I.P. Jonghyun. And I was like, Wait.. Whut?! Wait... lemme think first.. what's all these rest in peace to Jonghyun!" and I knew nobody else Jonghyun under SMEnt. And there was lots of videos naming Onew, Key, Minho and Taemin and there I started to realized and tried hard to even watch and confirmed that it was addressed to Kim Jong Hyun SHINee. Bling Bling Jong. Oh my! The shock is coming up again.
I was in the office when I watched this episode, and I had to hold back my tears from falling, especially the part when Min Kyu gave his most valuable possession-the necklace- to Aji 3/Jo Ji Ah. This got me 💔💔💔💔💔 x 1,000,000. And, the way Min Kyu cried at the end of this episode... I was like 😭😭😭 I really love this drama! So 대박!
I know how he feels. It’s like when you need to delete everything from your phone; the messages, the photos, the memories, his number. It’s hurts but you have to do it to move on, to heal and finally love yourself. This drama is deep. It brings back my pain. 😭
