@@priestley749 Allot dont act like him. Its these people jobs to treat people nice...i mean the people in the work place..but moat treat them like crap.
You can't praise police in this channel bro... Have you seen the Rtrdedass kids that comment on them??? These guys go out there and assault people, and they are the good guys...
That’s how our public servants should act. Part of me wanted to thank them, but we shouldn’t have to. We need more officers exactly like these dudes!! #respect #shandoo
I enjoy officers with good dispositions.. they don't come in hot, they're informed and respectable. Just good to see. 💪😇. Corporal..... An adult, intelligent and gets what he gives! Respect. Auditors rarely give their names, but I know for a fact River and SVG respect that Corporal.
@@President.ballsdick Awesome how something so simple can make such visible changes after only a few years. Not everywhere yet but it's spreading. Sooo many more videos now of police acting respectful towards citizen's constitutional rights than before. These cops here are absolutely community police. Good on them!
@@President.ballsdick It is the fact that the sight of people on public property engaged in lawful activity makes them uncomfortable that is the problem. Of course people who routinely violate the law are always paranoid about being watched or recorded in or from public.
You do know theses clown are criminal how many people who have Brain comment crime only ignorant people comment crime. You don't want to mention that Mmmm
Got good vibes from dude as well! Genuine smile, no malice in his voice or questions. Respectable fella, 10/10 would cooperate and try to make his job easier if possible. Crazy the kinda things you don't mind doing when you don't assume the person you're doing it for is gonna screw you over 😂
Can’t say for sure but my money is on “ unfortunately we can’t do anything about them, they’re just trying to get a rise out of people, if they come on your property give us a call and then we can do something” at least that’s the way it goes most of the time🤷♂️
What difference does it make? It doesn't matter what he thinks or feels, it matters how he acts in his capacity as a law enforcement officer. He did his job, and that's all that matters.
SNAP! Those were the best cops I have ever seen. A+ 💯% . I think they are professional like this all the time. It should serve as a model for all policing.
Murrieta?!!!! Aw man! I work near Jefferson and Winchester in Temecula. Had I known you guys were around, I would have dropped off some burritos for you all.
Man these officers were AWESOME!!!! We need more officers like this!! Other departments should show this video to teach the older and younger officers how to handle public photography!!! This is what we need more of!!! Great job to this department!!!! Restoring my faith and respect for law enforcement a little at a time!!!!
@@chrislambert5571 Explain to me how me pretending to not understand an entirely an antiquated technology is a failure of my parents? Further please explain how (trying to) attack my character instead of the content of my comment shows that your parents did a tremendous job. I'll wait.
@@chrislambert5571 I really don't have a clue what you're going on about. It could be your atrocious spelling and grammar but I think you might also just be on something or have a screw loose.
@@chrislambert5571 How do you pretend to be above belittling people and then feel you have the right to ask someone if they need a "heering" aid, when you pretend like it's the world's greatest atrocity to call an old man grandpa in the RU-vid comments?
People make me laugh because they're more concerned over some dude in public with a camera, but never seem to be concerned about the Government admittedly COLLECTING ALL OF THEIR PRIVATE DATA!?
What u have done is so awesome. Education rocks! Love when they call u First Amendment Auditors. A badge of honor. Don Jose and u make a great team. Thank u for sharing!
Thomas Jefferson in a letter to James Madison in 1787. "I prefer dangerous freedom over peaceful slavery" is a translation of a Latin phrase that Thomas Jefferson used: "Malo periculosam, libertatem quam quietam servitutem." It has also been translated as, "I prefer the tumult of liberty to the quiet of servitude."
It would be funny if you start making stuff up when people say they don't give you permission to film them like they have to say it 3 times. If they do that then tell them they have to turn around 3x. And so on and so forth just to see what you can make them do.
@@jimbo8743 and your stubid for swallowing his BS how about getting a education at the court house law library instead of watching theses RU-vid law expert
Love this cop. This is the kind of conversation/small talk I don’t mind. Most cops seem to just be fishing now days trying to get people to snitch on themselves. That cop was amazing
Little secret, even the cops should be aware of. Copyright is a money law side - between money law and common law. Decades ago, there was a marketing agenda that went on (which of couese we know nothing about who was responsible for) to keep repeating & reinforce the same line you hear parotted here - You can't film me w/o my permission. That's a copyright thing - a money thing. The idea was using the image to make money w/o sharing with the person. The other angle was 'reputation', and using their image in a way that made the person look like something they didn't intend, and didn't want (sort of like slander). Decades later and you see rhat marketing still being puked up by robots who accepted the programming. Fools. They haven't got even the foggiest concept that they were used to help this agenda, and I can guarantee you that their parents and grandparents helped with the install of those little rules of thumb. Sickness, right there. Ever heard somebody say, "I cant be hypnotized"? Apparently, those minds are the easiest to hypnotize. And these fools probably think they are free with all the mind control they've participated in. MORE 'dumb'. Copyright doesn't supercede common law ao uou can see WHY the impression was marketed out that way. Money, power, and control activate legitinately ONLY on the money side. CORRUPTION has it working on the common side.
GOD BLESS TO ALL THE REALL OFFICERS AROUND THE WORLD WHO REALLY DO THEIR JOB PERFECTLY RESPECT....GREAT VIDEO GUYS KEEP THEM COMING ,CONTINUE KEEPING THEM ACCOUNTABLE..
Wow you guys are great. look at all the free advertisement you're giving FIX auto ??what the heck is their problem? they couldn't pay for this kind of free advertisement.😇
I don't understand where people got the misconception that they can't be filmed without permission. These people are LITERALLY older than the video camera, and NEVER have you needed permission for ANYONE to film (while in public). I think maybe they've watched too much "Candid Camera", where they made a big deal about releases, because it was for COMMERCIAL purposes.
I live in Temecula a few months ago! Are used to drop a friend off at that Hyundai store all the time I live in Roswell New Mexico now just stumbled across your channel love it!
Good to see folks that know and understand what your doing is not only legal, but actual Good for the community in the sense that it not only spreads knowledge of everyone's rights and can encourage friendly conversation
I love when people approach the cameraman and say you can't film me. This guy literally pulled over to tell the cameraman he doesn't want to be on camera. And then they pull out their own camera
I've watched hundreds of audit videos. These are the first police I've seen who understand the law and are genuinely trying to help people. I wish we had their department page in the description so I could reach out to their boss and commend them for ACTUALLY knowing and doing their job properly.
Remember all the trolls and haters saying we weren't making a difference. The proof is right there. The reaction of those cops are a direct result of people holding them accountable. 👍
These are some great cops. He still tried to ask questions and investigate which is his job, even if we don't like the questions. He had a light touch, I hope this officer and his fellows live long and happy lives surrounded by loving families. I don't wish that for MOST cops I see on YT
Just having respect goes so far. Audits literally never give out names. The fact these cops had so much respect and didn't have an ego trip when they wouldn't 'answer questions' and continued to have a civil conversation, shows the audits true intentions IMO. They aren't lookin' for a payday, they are lookin' for respect on our Amendments. Love you guys, great interaction with these LEOs
It's like going to a beehive, with a camera, and then when each bee feels provoked and comes to sting you... you stand there and say "shhh. You better not sting me. This is public property I'm aloud to do this. Shh. Don't sting me bee! Ow you stung me, thats assault!" Then continuing to stand there. To prove some kind of point. "This is a free country, I'm aloud to film you bee. I'm doing this to demonstrate the first amendment." Bees are there like, "uh go away I don't care that you have first amendment. You're to close to my hive. Bzzzt bzzt."
This is the exact type of outcome that feels good to see. Wether the officers were being fake or not, that’s still a good way of conducting themselves. Didn’t demand a single thing. Great upload
