Really cool use of Arnie's mod! Just an idea for the smaller debug style building, could you do 1 apt per floor? And maybe the 1st floor could be maintenance and laundry if you need to use the back door as a public door

I gotta say, I think suburbia is not a good choice for this. They went with Urbini up because, they were Urbz. In an urban environment. The herbs were meant to be very different from the Sims, because the Sims were in a suburban environment for the most part. This was meant to be a very different vibe. So I think calling it suburbia, is not the best choice.
