@@ESB2109 Aha fair enough, I just wanted to point it out to make sure. I enjoy Jackbox games as well, so I'm pleased to see they've been playing one of them. Especially PTB, it's a good one ^-^
@@encalica853 I would love that but with how much YT has screwed up just trying to serve as a platform for a creators I don't trust them to not somehow bungle spoiler tags too
Mostly luck but Lewis did also mention that Bouphe and Duncan hadn't been tested much, everyone had been tested more and none were super suspicious (except Lewis but he always gets annoyed when getting framed).
Because aside from pure luck, it is simply impossible to win as humans with the current amount of hacks. I don't think it should be 100% calculated from the answers like it's a modern variant of mastermind or then the aliens can never win. But there is still a gigantic middleground that is left between those two game balances.
I feel like Lewis had good reasons and that was also why Simon picked them. Not only did they not test Bouphe like that and she didn't offer to be put up to prove her Innocents and Duncan was wasting time at the end and using general stuff like whiskey to skate by. And it was obviously not Lewis as Tom pointed out but Bouphe and Duncan really pushed for him to be in the airlock...like really hard. Ben didn't know what was going on and Simon being with Lewis for so long had cues and common sense not to put Lewis up.
@@imaloser5689 the salt doesn't always mean your innocent, look at rythian; everytime he gets accused of being a traitor when hes a traitor he throws a tantrum
@@cameronbrown8542 I meant specifically in Lewises case. Lewis always gets giggley when people guess right about him. And real mad when they are wrong. Every so often he manages to turn that around.
Man I got a ping in the back of my brain that Duncan was an alien the second he said” well it’s our best guess”. The way he said it was like what you say to someone before you know they make a terrible choice, like “ well if you want to down this ghost pepper sauce I won’t stop you, it’s your idea after all”
Duncan's problem in these types of games seems to be that the closer to the end it gets, the more pressure he feels, which makes him blow it trying to push people in a Lewis-like way, when otherwise nobody would suspect him. This is in contrast to Lewis, who seems to constantly feel pressure and thus always acts suspicious, or Ben, who seems to never feel pressure and thus always acts innocent. There's nothing that gets you found out faster than changing how you play in the final moments.
Also her excuse “it’s too long to fit the entire phrase” doesn’t make sense cause Simon’s answer was even longer. Should’ve caught that like, right away
I know that this is the most worthless reply but this is a normal ship that aliens have snuck on board, the ships computer “modified” the recreational facilities to figure out who’s not human
I knew it was duncan and bouphe as soon as both of them (and only them) avoided using the bioscanner when they were captain even though it was available, because there could be no good outcome for an alien using it, but it is the best tool for the humans
The football prompt is definitely designed for an American audience, as soccer/football is much more distinct from a touchdown dance than American football
This shit is hilarious. Great to get Simon back into the main channel, and trying new games out other than TTT and GTAV. This might have been their easy way to keep up with content for the Jingle Jam, but I’m loving it
13:03 It's Duncan and Bouohe 14:00 We haven't got time. Duncan's wasting time, it's Duncan and Bouphe. 14:50 playback me calling that two minutes ago (yep, around 2 minutes ago)
I called it Duncan and Bouphe on the third round. They both never hit the hurry prompt even when there was nothing to talk aboout, and were frequently trying to distract with conversation to waste time. That said, Lewis was my number 3 pick until the very end when Tom started overacting all Tom-like, and Bouphe was like "Nah, it's not Tom", and was the first to vote against Tom being an alien. Then Tom was my vote with Bouphe, and Duncan fell to number 3.
I suspected bouphe the second she became captain, cause she spoke really slowly like “I’m the captain and I’m going to chose ummmmmmmmmmm drawing again”
I guessed it was Bouphe and Duncan. I suspected Duncan because he was tested at a time when two hacks were left and got it right, then lewis only failed once more before getting them all right, making it a clear give a away to me. Bouphe was always backing what Duncan said and was flying under the radar otherwise.
