I really have no idea what they were thinking with the Vields change, I mean it's still a case of "You choose the buttons you press", but it definitely feels like someone on the Gearbox side HATED that Hopoo tried actually balancing the game, or they were the kind of person who always went to Vields in every run and didnt like that they had to actually keep in mind that scaling kept going.

would like to point out this run only went the way it did because of ego. without it, no pearls would have been gained at the cleansing pool, and without those pearls, no cherfs would have been gained at the chrinter. no other lunar item stage one could have given so much value.

I dont know why but sometimes umbral phase 4 just dont aim his projectiles at you like in this video, and it happens a lot more often in multiplayer. It does make the phase much easier when it happens so im kinda hoping nuxlar can find a fix for this

Oh Race, I’ve been on that eclipse climb and I got a question: How DO you dodge Wisps? Or am I asking the wrong question and should avoid them at all costs and use cover? I’ve been especially struggling on someone like Merc because relying on slicing winds is a bit dodgy cause of Wisp’s small size

Has anyone noticed a weird bug with red items, I played co op with my brother the other day and we found 3 braincoats, 3 aegis, and like 5 dios with no other reds

Assuming the Vields changes stay, will they be allowed in the Risk of Resources races? It's my guess that they will either be banned or a mod will make the timer tick in Vields. It's pretty anti-fun mechanics.

I'd pick ego way more often if the orbs were more evenly distributed around. Just an aesthetics thing. A good player outpaces Ego, an ok player may die to Ego, balance doesn't affect me because I die before ego gets me.

9:02 what you described was them reverting the timer change. It used to stay paused because it counted as a hidden realm or whatever, then it was changed to be a normal stage and the timer continues in Vields. Now on the latest patch they reverted it the timer, it pauses once again despite being a regular stage
