Those Kaeras are no joke. My favorite favorite frog. Ever since I downsized to the Kaera my hook ups quadrupled. I rarely ever miss a hook up.

I have that exact para 3. Diamond stones is a must for sharpening that steel. You should try either a para 3 or pm 2 in cru-wear.

Always love looking at tackle but one thing just in case you didn’t know as I didn’t until I heard about it then looked it up but, those flappin frogs need to be kept separate from regular frogs they are kinda like elastech as I understand it. Just a FYI.

Only time I throw a red frog is in the summer during the full moon. Crawfish get on top the grass. And if you notice alot of dragonflies, throw a blue frog.

Hey man- sorry to make 3 comments but- that "Mini Me" spinner bait you showed- my local tackle shop has hundreds of those that aren't in the packaging. Why they're out of the packaging I have no idea but they're all just hanging on hooks and they're relatively inexpensive spinners that really look good. The weight distribution helps them stay horizontal in the water, they use a lighter gauge wire so they get really good vibration, they have a lot of painted blades to choose from and really interesting skirt colors- I'm kind of hooked on them. Great spinner baits- and I can get them easily and for not much money. Edit: O.k. -I'm going to start editing comments so I don't leave fifty- use that red Kiera in the spring brother, it kills. The fish can see through the belly just a bit and they get a hint of the red mixed in with that yellowish/orange belly- firecraw frog. I know it seems nuts right- but man it works, try it. The black gill color was sick man- I have gotta find that one. I've got the white gill and the regular gill but the black gill is the shiznit. And the footage of the Sukoshi Master when he was a wee lad- adorable. You seem to have a really good relationship with your kids man- that's awesome. Edit: Wait- the white gill I have is actually the Gavacho- not the Kiera- I have a couple Kieras but no gill pattern yet. I have Hasu- which is an odd bluegill like color with no striped pattern- and then one that's basically leopard, that green and yellow tree frog color- but I don't know if that's what it's called. Edit: That Firecracker buzz bait is without a doubt the loudest buzz bait ever man- it's insanely loud. You can hear it all over the lake.

Seen a video of the craws down south eat the mud or something like that to get something out of it and the soil is red so they turn that color

The best explanation I ever got for why red works in spring came from a fisheries biologist who explained to me that cold blooded animals have more blood up close to the surface of the skin in colder water causing a reddish hue at certain locations on their body. Bass for instance he said get really loud red patches inside their mouth, craws have a tendency to have a reddish color this time of year, small minnows will often have a reddish tint, etc. He said it was their body trying to keep them warm and mobile by moving more blood to the extremities and away from their core. Now, all that said- I have no idea if that's really right- and tbh there are parts of it that don't make a lot of sense to me- I would think if the body wanted to warm the blood it would pull it into the core and away from the extremities but- whatever, I'm no biologist. And hey- it makes a ton more sense than all this silly stuff about how they can see it better or how red dulls at depth- it does that all year so that doesn't explain why spring would be different. I think- in the end- it's just that they've been sitting in park all winter, they just got it in drive, they're hungry and aggressive- and red is easy to see and distinguish from everything else- it stans out, catches their attention- and anything that catches their attention and looks edible is done for.

Great video thanks for sharing. What a order 👍 You are a big influence keep up the great videos. All organized here in 🥶 NY. Iced up ponds and lakes so got a jump on it. Took about a week maybe more. Getting ready with some new tactics 🤔. Ok adding skirts to some baits trying something new. Orders are trickling in daily from tackle warehouse and Amazon 😂. A few things on back order but waiting patiently. Cant wait until April for a real spring bite. Let’s Go!!!!

I prefer the para 2 but- the para 3 is a nice blade. The compression lock has found its way onto several of their designs now but- the para military was the first compression lock knife they made. The best spyderco ever produced though, imo- without a doubt, the Slyz Bowie. I have two but, I only opened and used 1- the other is safely put away appreciating in value. I stopped collecting when I started back fishing though- both hobbies are insanely expensive and I could only afford one- and if I have to choose, it's an easy decision- fishing. Just sold my fluted, titanium, Military in fact- a little larger than the para military but basically the same design.

That S-Crank 1.2, throw it on 10lb line. I noticed the 2.0 hunts better. I miss the unboxings but not missing the 6th Sense unboxings. I like when u mix it up! It is crazy bass go after red some much since red light penetrates the least through water, and that at certain depths red objects don’t appear red. We still have alot to learn about bass behaviour. Dang, TJ81 not feeling the Jaint Juice. Shots Fired! 😂

Pretty sure you got to be careful with those frogs. I think it’s like elastic material. Will melt. Only time I organize is around this time. Got to get ready for prespawn, spawn, post spawn/summer fishing.
