On top of that spiritual pressure alone can vaporize them if the gap of spiritual power is too large and even if they did pocess some they would tremble in fear. Just the default stats alone applied beats most on the list and depending on which version of Ichigo we talk about then the Mugetsu attack alone is enough to beat anyone here due to its time manipulation effects.

Shinra got debunked multiple times to multi galaxy or uni. Shinra should be in A or b. Ichigo should be above saitama. Kirby,sinbad or sonic at 1. Sasuke is not stronger than Naruto. Giorno Naruto and sasuke above Meliodas. Otherwise W list.

I grew up watching Sailor Moon. It was my first anime and one of my favorites. I also read the Manga. Most people who argue for her just take info they read off wikipedia and haven't actually seen the product. I stand by my Sailor Moon statement in this video. You can move Luffy to C tier for all I care. He's still ahead of Usagi. (I also read the One Piece manga)

I think you gave a good argument but I would question why you think destroying a universe or things is more powerful than creating? Creation and purification have been shown in anime time and time again that those are some of the hardest things to do. Even in the real world ppl can easily fight or destroy but few can create. She's also a goddess so that tops Luffy. You also have to consider that a part of Luffy is him consuming a devil fruit. Personally I think the power scaling in one piece is weird but in the end the day I find it's also about friendship and love. I would see Luffy and SM as friends who would team up against others on that list.

Since they cant power scale correctly im gonna fix , S, A, B, tier (Correct me if im wrong but was it Archie sonic?) S: sonic, simbad, jin mori, anos, sailor moon. A: rimuru, simon, giorno(reqium), Kirby, beerus, goku. B: shadow, ichigo, gojo, sasuke, natsu, sukuna. Thats all ima correct, i know that sukuna and gojo is debatable. Im also not sure if its correct to put shadow in high B. Giorno's placement is debatable. quick note for the luffy and goku glazer's, you gotta learn about different characters before judging, an example is when that dude put luffy in S, he didnt know ANYTHING about the others, he just knew luffy uses toonforce, which is great, but not S tier great, second is that im aware that goku has that xeno goku and all those other forms, i remember someone saying hes multiversal, i could be wrong, either way, dont ever put luffy and goku in S tier EVER again....or i will be hiding under your bed💀⚠️
