In case anyone is curious about the Messi "tip". Yerba mate (pronounced mat-ay, not mate) is basically just a tea which is the national drink and has a lot of cultural significance in central South America, particularly in Paraguay, Uruguay and Argentina. It has a lot of caffeine and some other good compounds in smaller amounts which is where the cited health benefits probably come from.

Saha's advice is a real gem. I've heard countless times how important it is in sports to be able to instantly and completely forget the mistakes you've made, no matter how big or important they are - up until after tha match/competition. Instead of trying to analyse what you did wrong, trust your training and skillset you've acquired by working hard for a heck of a long time - this is guarantee enough that next time you're gonna do it right even - or, rather, especially - if you're not changing anything. Forget the mmistake and go on trusting your skills that have so far served you right.

Hahaha for the yerba mate - your yerba is not real :D what I mean it is very small in the bag and this is not how you should drink yerba, this is just a funny product for casual tea drinkers. To make a real yerba you need to use way more of the leafs, you also need correct temperature of water - and you can reuse the same portion of tea couple times, just put new water.
