This creator is performing a great service to humanity by working to upgrade the calibre of ladies we men encounter. However... For any of those ladies who like to know the brutal truth, while these 5 criteria detailed in the video are absolutely true and correct, one wonders why there's an implication at the beginning of the video that women cannot control their body shape. It's the very first thing we, as men, notice, and if the sum of perfect marks on posture, comportment, skin quality, grooming, dress sense, etc. equalled, say, a maximum possible 20 points, then the self-discipline a lady exerts over maintaining her figure optimally (through a combination of moderate eating and exercise) are, alone, probably worth 80 points. Sorry to disappoint. But self-discipline in a lady (not the unattractive fake counterfeit of vanity / narcissism / materialism) is one of the most encouraging, inspiring and reassuring external evidences of a lady's a) respect for herself (and implicit value), b) respect for her man / prospective husband, c) reliability / integrity / consistency in action and values, d) ability to keep a growing future family vibrant, energetic, motivated, exercised, and generally healthy. The lady described in Proverbs 31 took great care of herself and in consequence, was able to help take great care of her husband's concerns and those of their staff. High value men today yearn for the very same characteristics. Nothing had changed.
The implication at the beginning is not about fitness but about individual “spec.” You could have all these four qualities but if you’re slender you may still not be attractive to a man who prefers curvy women. I am so tired of not being considered valuable or worth a man's time because I'm not curvy, busty, or naturally shapely. God made each one of us different according to his unique design and my small size does not cheapen my value, diminish my high character or make me less likely to be a good wife.
As a woman myself, I totally agree with you and appreciate your comment. I also agree with everything else in the video. I don't know why some women seem to think that staying in shape is only about appearance. It shows you value your health and the health of your children/family and the self-discipline says alot about a person's overall character. You can't abuse your body by overeating, eating junk, taking harmful substances, being a couch potato and expect any normal healthy person to see you as "high-value".

There's something that has been making me feel like I'm perhaps in the wrong location on RU-vid, I'm a 22 year old single mom from Ghana and Truth be told I think your videos are for women or ladies who have the luxury of money, time and are doing well for themselves because I work from morning till evening, and the salary can't even cater for my son alone to talk of myself. I don't remember the last time I bought a new pair of sandals and I can't boast of having any proper clothes. I'm only surviving at this point, don't get me wrong I do like your videos just that I don't think they are truly meant for me Perhaps not yet. The only thing I think I can relate to is the content on speech because people always say I sound soo elegantly and some say I sound so mature as well.

It's okay to wear extensions/wigs as long as they look tasteful/real. If they have those trashy baby hair curtains, doesn't match his type of company/vibe, looks too long, and/ cheap nah... Also, if you can afford to maintain a look, are growing your hair out, and are consistent/classy...your overall class/ attitude/ways would out way that if it was a matter.
