I don't think I could ever eat one of those hot dogs!!!! Never!!!! I'm glad I had finished my food before you showed that "treat". I couldn't imagine KD ice cream flavor and I'm a mac and cheese fan through and through. Glad you both had a nice trip. Thanks for sharing!
yikes---the weird mac and cheese---so hilarious....Got to hand it to you with that cricket hotdog! You are brave sir! Lol Love the deep fried Reeses----YUM!
Love it! Personally always go for the pickle dog and Kit Kat fries if I can find any! Plus the grapefruit lemonade from Family Squeezed! You guys should have Tim and Jen join you one year!
I am more like Char simple food but always fun to see what you will try that I never would lol What a great day has me excited to get to the CNE this year not sure if I will go the night Glass Tiger is playing or to see Tom Cochrane. They are bringing back some good bands this year. One day we will make it out to the stampede on the bucket list. Missed Michelle in this one.
Michelle is was working at the stampede. This is her second year working as a cook in the grandstand. She is actually working two jobs right now to save up for a car.
So, I guess if this is health canada approved you can’t get upset if you find a bug in your takeaway or a cockroach in your soup/salad at the restaurant… Thanks for the fun video and the honesty. Unlike Nicole Kidman’s video of her eating bugs where she was visibly disturbed but still tried to make it seem like it wasn’t vial… lol
Yes, these crickets are considered safe for human consumption based on how they were processed and packaged.Much different then finding a random bug in your soup. They are safe , but they are vile. Not much as far as flavour but the texture is really bad. I was picking out bug bits for hours.kit was so gross was hoping they would be nice and crunchy like chips. I was wrong.
@@TheHolyMoly ... $17, $20 w/fries seems quite pricey fer that Cricket Dog as well... That Pizza seemed interesting tho. Bring lots a Loot peeps or eat-up before u go! Them midway food venues must be paying high rental costs? (IMHO) Thanks Fer Sharing!
I can't believe how much food cost at that stampede. $25 for a turkey leg?? No wonder no one was buying them. Lol. I'm sorry, but that is why we don't go to fairs anymore; because the price of food is getting out of hand. Enjoyed you trying all that weird eats. Hope you had fun. BTW, will you be making videos of the other 5 days of your Disney cruise?
I am with Char on the basic foods. Give me regular corn dog and donuts all day. However I did have a donut cheeseburger at our state fair. It was really good and really different.
The crickets were only on top. I took two bites, the second after I attempted to to get all the bugs off, but no, couldn’t eat any more to tossed it in the trash. The actual hot dog was good.
@@brysonwereschuk801 yes that’s true. Also if you carrie a pocket knife you have to leave it at home. I was sent back to my car a couple of years ago. It funny because they sell knives inside the bmo .
Thanks for testing out the exotic as well as the traditional just plain delicious foods! I tried grilled cow tongue in Japan once and was surprised that it tasted like steak.
@@SlyThePumpkinGuy thank you. It’s an ongoing battle. The answer to your question depends on the date range. Started loosing weight in 2013 but there have been many peaks and valleys along the way. I was down about 100 lbs (from 2013) just before the cruise. But I have to work to get back down to the point again. I gained a bunch back on the cruise and like a few more pounds from corn dogs and cricket hotdogs this week.
