It's bogus, restaurant entrees are inconsistently portioned and the recipes themselves change. There's no way the portion Will got was over 2,000 calories, unless there was a whole stick of butter on the side that we can't see in the edit
Just dump in a shit ton of sugar, fat, and butter. I’m honestly disgusted by that carbonara being so high, when a homemade version would be like 800 calories max
The thing i appreciate about you is that you don’t lie about how good these things taste. Often not most health influencers will try something similar and instantly go “ew this is so sweet is so disgusting my tastebuds are burning off disgusting!!” But you literally express how good these things taste. It makes you likeable, makes you real.

I genuinely find insanely sugared food tasteless and gross. Donuts are 100% disgusting, especially low quality supermarket ones. I love custard tarts, with a balanced mix of dough, custard cream/sugar and fruits on top. But donuts, holy molly, I want to vomit.
The only thing "good" about it is that it's cheaper than most other places so many people use it as a replacement for cooking at home. In highschool I knew a kid whose family would eat there almost every other night because the parents hated cooking at home.
I worked at Applebee's for years....the reason the chicken salad wrap is so high is because of the dressing, it's quite literally made with lard and sugar😅
This year I've gone swimming, to the gym and done pilates. I have Cerebral Palsy caused from brain damage. It affects everything I do. I also have depression. Thank you Will for the videos and those who have left me kind comments. It's appreciated. Paul xxx.

Keep doing your exercise, it's very good for your general physical & mental health...If possible try to get outside in nature on a regular basis & try growing some easy to care for cheerful houseplants,it'll help with maintaining your mental health.The 🚹 I ❤️ has had untreated Depression for years now that he's finally just now getting treated so I know it can be rough.Best wishes🕊️.

You probably won’t see this but as a 17 year old year you are literally the only person in fitness involved social media person i can watch, you have helped me in my own journey and mindset in so many ways, I love your content
This is why it’s important to learn the skill of cooking a preparing your own food because if one had to rely on eating out all the time, their meals are likely soaked in grease and fat and packed with tons of unhealthy crap.
It would be really interesting to see if the exact amount of calories of each of these meals (or similar restaurant meals) matches what the internet/restaurant says by sending them to a lab for research cause I really wonder how they can fit so much calories in a realitive small portion (for the amount of calories) :)

Not me. The only part I was curious about was the pancake/toast. That would be a fine desert, with 1/8th the quantity of both. But that's not a meal. Just the desert in a 3 course meal.
I wish your videos were triple the time. I can be in the worse mood and smile when I watch them. You bring so much happiness to others. All I can give back is a thank you. Most weeks would be a lot harder with out you in them.
This video really goes to show you need to be conscious about what we eat. It's so easy to scarf down 1000 calories and not even know it. This is why I struggled with my weight for a long time. I just had no idea what was in what I was eating. And, my god, it's so easy to fat people logic your way into overeating and say, "Oh, it's probably not that bad."
I'm so glad you shed a light on this and broke down what customer's thought processes might be when ordering these meals. I literally would eat out 3-5 times a week and always wondered why my weight kept going higher. This vid. seriously made me emotional was a huge lightbulb moment for me. I've been working out for 5 months and challenged myself to eat less takeout. I feel like a new person. Thank you for being so positive and supportive, you make a healthy lifestyle look attainable and fun :)
It's scary that businesses make and sell menu items that have as much or more calories as the daily recommended intake. They're legitimately meant to be meals for one person, except the chili's tray which you could definitely order as a share plate for multiple people.

Kinder eggs are no longer banned. In the U.S.A they came back. When you open the egg each side is sealed 1 half toys other half treat. So there’s no longer a choking hazard.
As italian (neapolitan), I can tell you that the most calorie-dense things that we can assume in one day comes by the holiday dinners/lunches. Like 3000 calories of pleasure.
When even professional calrioe counters couldn't guess that pasta tray. Yeah alot of people think they are eatting "healthy" but really it's super high in unnecessary sugar and fats. Even online recipes I also cut the sugar in half and still comes out sweet.
It's funny that the sugar content was what Will called out on the pancakes when it has like 110g of sat and over 50g of saturated fat. I'd be more worried about those.

Honestly Chili's Ultimate Smokehouse Combo with the Ribs (House BBQ), Jalapeño-Cheddar Sausage, and Nashville Hot Crispers isn't awful if you had to miss a meal that day. 2,020 calories and 100g protein (if you aren't eating the sides). I could eat 2 and still be 460 calories short of my current daily calories. 😂

I think here in Germany we have restrictions to dishes when it comes to the use of fat and sugar. Cause I wouldn't know where we'd have a place loaded with dishes with so many calories. Only places that would come close are standards like McDonald's and subway.

i’m on a deficit right now but i LOVE olive garden it’s just my comfort food okay, so ive just been getting a soup and 2 breadsticks and it’s keeping me on track while still going to a place i enjoy
