My cheat meal is homemade Ingredients 1- a big loaf of bread cut in the long middle side 2- you’ll need Patties chicken or meat ur choice 2-3 pieces 3-lettuce optional 4- sauce optional 5-melted cheese Done but it’s hard to make and u need it heated and maybe u won’t make as what I said bc maybe u didn’t get me

My favorite cheat meal is crushing up oreos with French vanilla ice cream put it together add chocolate syrup add 2 extra oreos to top it off and eat OR you can blend all that up to a smoothie with an extra oreo on top😋

If I worked out. My cheat meal: Double quarter pounder at McDonald’s, with 5 large fries and fruit punch. 40 chicken nuggets head to the store and get Alfredo sauce. Mix it with the fries, and nuggets. This is where the double comes in, cut the burger leaving the buns out. Make an animal style fries with the cut up burger. Add Alfredo sauce and add diced up chicken nuggets. Add more Alfredo sauce then 3 of the large fries. And the 2 large fries on the side. That’s my cheat meal if I worked out like David Goggins every day

My cheat meal would be a flour tortilla Then you put bacon and fried potatoes in the tortilla and if you want you could put some scrambled eggs if you want have fun eating it ❤❤❤❤
