Tip for eating spicy things: The active ingredient in chilli and other spices is capcacin (idk how to spell it) which is fat soluble - meaning it dissolves in fatty substances. Therefore it won't dissolve in water. But it will dissolve in milk. So if you're eating spicy foods, drink full fat milk to kill the heat
