@@MattDoesFitness Matt I challenge you to complete a fast. Its the month of Ramadhan were muslims dont eat anything or drink anything from sunrise to sunset for 30 days. Challenge you to complete a day of this!!! We eat a meal at like 3.00 ish and begin fasting. Eat second meal at 8.50ish when fast is broken

Love the channel Matt... Luca is an absolute legend!! Always makes me laugh a lot when he’s in the videos... also I could never eat the amounts you eat so find it amazing how you just keep going... also the chocolate one would have been my worst nightmare as well cause although I like chocolate I couldn’t eat that much ever... always enjoy the videos 🙂🙂🙂

Dark chocolate and not in big amounts. I would say sometimes or even less. Only when you really crave. Anyways dark is healthy but not in huge amounts as with everything.
