I really do recommend reading medical medium books to understand what to eat if it’s not raw (what cooked options are really healing) It helped me a lot to know what I can have if there is not enough raw foods around or if I feel I meed something more. Steamed veggies from the garden are ok. Most of the time I am fully raw
@@vegan.enlightenment Steamed is way better, you can boil them if you want to consume the water too, but don't boil them and threw away water as you will loose a lot of nutrients
I suffer frim M. E. Or chronic fatigue syndrome . Im supposed to eat raw, organic food. But im not well enough to work. And they dont give me enougth money yo live on I mainly eat just normal bananas, apples, some salad greens.. All i can afford. I dont drink, smoke, or take drugs. I can only walk 250 metres, then i feel breathless. If anyone out there can, through pure kindness, buy me some organic fruit to help me id be very greatfull. I have no family or friends to help me. Im nearly 55. And i need help. Im a spiritual person too. Helped a lot of folk. But now i need help. With best wishes
this is amazing!! now I am doing fruits until evening with one cooked meal of rice and lentils and I am already feeling amazing bloating ibs almost gone in one week!!! it was there for decades...This is mackenna's gold 1969 video!!! amazing initially I was very very sceptical and was leaning towards animal based carnivore diet I tried that and I felt worse time of my life and my IBS-C(it was not that bad before trying animal based) increased like crazy.. and my weight went down like crazy fast and my mood also...now with this fruit based until evening diet I am getting back to normal and feeling amazing!!! now I know why I felt better on subway sandwich than burger king because many items in that subway delight are raw!!!
@@vegan.enlightenment I drink lot of smoothies with apple mango banana pineapple smoothy and it feels like heaven after drinking large glass of this...now i am adding dried fruits as well like dates and other dried fruits in my morning meal instead of bread and butter...
