Okay I love this channel and the challenges even more. I listen to it before bed every night. I do have to say the background noise in this was really getting to me. It definitely took away a huge part of enjoyment for me. Like all I could here was someone saying blah blah blah and then sometimes someone screaming....

Insect protein powder is a great alternative to whey protein. No/low amounts of cholesterol or saturated fat, and is a complete protein (has all the essential amino acids). Highly recommend to bodybuilders for health reasons and is better than supporting the meat and dairy industry. Cows and pigs are intelligent and this alternative could lessen their suffering while helping the planet.

Not all protein powders taste bad. I use Serious Mass by Optimum Nutrition and it tastes just like nesquik. I can't tell the difference between it and chocolate milk.
