This 300km audax commemorates Audax Randonneurs Malaysia's 9th anniversary of audax and randonneuring, and begins at the Royal Town of Kuala Kangsar, Perak. Don't let the flat-ish elevation profile fool you, that one big spike that is Sumpitan hides all the other nasty little bumps throughout the rest of the journey.

Well done for pushing through and completing Adrian - chapeau! At CP3 I thought you might DNF. I'm glad that you are going to do some more research in to your symptoms and nutrition because this isn't the first time for you (and you are obviously a very strong rider). I can only remark on what I see in your posts so I might be wrong, but it seems like you address your symptoms only once they have occurred and maybe (just maybe!) the answer is more in preventative feeding and drinking? Thank you for sharing your Audax Malaysia adventures - I always look forward to them - and good luck with the 400!
