Exactly you can’t starve yourself and exercise yourself to death for long periods of time it’s actually detrimental to your overall health and wellness. I love that Julia is so open and honest about things!
@@juliareneI so can relate!! I use to wake up & be like oh I gots to exercise & was thinking I suppose to starve myself or just eat little in order for me to see progress fast..long story short I was on & off on exercising for years cause I wasn't doing it the right away & didn't do my research beforehand always do your research first if you're clueless on something wish I gave that tip to myselt but..when first starting some so you'll make less mistakes or hey probably no mistakes but Hey now I finally got me weight down..in the process of toning uo now but Idk how much im at cause I stop weighing myself it's not worth seeing to me it doesn't really matter now I thought it did at first but I came from 220 some I know in like 170 some now but to anyone out there that's struggling with staying motivated 🌟 just remember it takes time it's not gone be a do one exercise & bam you're in shape..wish it was that easy 😂 but be patient, consistent, learn to know what works best for you don't push yourself to hard be easy on yourself you got this we got this😏I wish you the best luck!!
@@NaturallyToot I so can relate to your experience. I quit weighing myself because of weight training I gained weight and that set me up for failure seeing the numbers. Our society has trained us that our self worth is based on a number how sad! So now I just eat right and exercise and try to look the best for my health and age. It’s all part of self care and love.
@@raworder I'm glad you can..it's a wonderful feeling to know your not alone with anything you're going through. Even though it's a lot of people in the world 🗺..but someone telling you they can relate hits different.and that's great !! It's all about patience, self love, motivation, consistency & more but them 4 is the top 🔝 4..to have with anything & life period
Damn sounds rough. Worry about your health before a title bro. Keep up the good hard work but your life's worth more then a card or someone's votes for number 1 place that with time will just be a memory as the years pass.
Wow that's scary!I'm glad you're fine. Its good to know there's honest people in the bodybuilding industry that doesn't lie or fabricate things.I enjoy your videos, keep up the good work😊😊😊.
I like you so much because you always speak honestly about the facts and you do not try to hide the disadvantages. So the person can then decide for himself if he wants to go this way and if he is physically and mentally able to endure this hard procedure without harming his body. Thanks Julia💋🙏🏽🙌🏽💪🏽
All good advice your muscles learn quick “muscle memory” what will and what won’t allow continual growth. At higher levels of fitness your body starts to say is that it? we already know these exercises and workout routines and to achieve an even higher level of conditioning or even strength training if you are not completely confusing your muscles they will not respond how you expect them to and this is the trade off with your “elite” level bodybuilders, powerlifters there is NO down time it is the life continual 24/7 I lift and do NOT compete but have lifts long enough to know when I want results I am truly a slave to my body with what it needs to grow, repair and improve it is a trade off and anybody who is truly into the life and life style knows this will they tell you this hmmm not so sure but it is a truth to get results you have to sacrafice the level of results you want dictates the amount of sacrafice necessary this being said always try to remember why you started lifting “exercising” to begin with find your level ground make goals that are achievable “realistic” once you have met those goals re-asses then make more “realistic” goals and tell yourself what a great job you are doing do not loose sight of what got you into the gym to begin with your health your truthfulness and candidness are appreciated Julia you look amazing remember that remember to tell yourself that😘
