The white sticky substance is a Common card that is unlocked from Frozen Peak (Arena 8). It is an area of effect spell that deals very low damage in a 2.5 tile radius. This spell slows all enemies within its radius for 2.5 seconds and will push back all but the heaviest of troops. A Giant Snowball card costs 2 Elixir to deploy.
