A good way to defeat him, well, if you had the items when the event was active, was to get all the Harmony Island's 1st event armor, relic and the Celestial Sword. It worked for me.

Literally all u have to do is use all of Mira’s stuff and hold out with as much health as you can get. If the puppet master hacks ur pets don’t hit them. If they lose health you’re screwed. Only strike at him. and try to use pets with 700 health or higher. Bcs then they’ll last until your health gets refilled and after that point you basically just won

I only used auroueate and cloud gobbler to deal with the puppet master. (FYI im not a member so I found a random celesteate and used my one time evolution and i got cloud gobbler from skywatch merchant) I just used my best armor and a astral wand to defeat him
