I haven’t met any mean nuns so far. They’re always kind and welcoming. The only mean nuns I can think of are the groups from the past when they would run orphanages and abuse children.
She is truly blessed, many of the happiest women I have known abstain from men and children. A life of solitude and prayer seems best for so many, a lesson nearly lost in the West 💚
Just to clarify she’s a religious sister not a nun! Nuns are cloistered meaning they don’t go out in public and only interact with the fellow nuns in the monastery they live in. Cloistered Nuns are in a perpetual state of prayer. They go a step further and abandon normal public life for a life of solitude, prayer and mercy :) Religious sisters are what you saw in this video! They go out and do mission work! They are so full of joy and love! Both cloistered nuns and religious sisters are to be admired! ❤
The sister was the sweetest, she was so pure, its obvious she had so many stories and lessons. Maybe I'm too sentimental or emotional but oh my I love her

Actualy they show what being a religious person should be like, they have their meal, they know of jokes, they spoke very nice and gentle, they didn't mind ben, they even showed modern joke/meme to him, and they we're nice. Unlike the "religious" peoples that walk on water like jesus and think they are better than you. Those two old man clearly looked at everyone without feeling like they are more religious than ben.
For me it wasnt funny at all- Okay y’all I didnt mean for this comment to come off as rude 😭 I feel like some of you missed the *“for me”* part. I know people have opinions, and im not trying to sound disrespectful about it It was a reply to them, because they were saying they didnt understand how Ben didnt laugh. *I was just saying my personal experience, and that he probably felt similar.*
My Great Aunt is a nun. She’s so sweet. She gifted me and my sister earrings. They’re so simplistic yet beautiful. I’ve never actually met any other nuns besides her, but the ones you met were so sweet! 😊

@@Toe_Thief the times we had to do it in school it was usually like all school mass and you could just kinda sit there but it's still painful, it's literally an hour of hail mary over and over agaim. i'd try to hide in the bathroom💀
Nono! I’m so sorry you consider it painful! The rosary is a beautiful prayer to pray! There is so much emotion and love behind it! Our dear Mother desires to hear your prayers through the rosary!
As an Italian i was really suprised cause most of the people here (old people especially) don' speak english very well or sometimes they have a strong italian accent into it. It's rare to see someone speak english so good??
Hi Ben! Just to clarify the “nuns” you see here are actually religious sisters! Nuns are cloistered-meaning they never go out in public and only interact with their fellow nuns in the monastery they live in. Religious Sisters and nuns are both incredibly beautiful and lovely! But cloistered nuns strive more to build up their interior life! I’m actually discerning if I’m called to become a cloistered nun or religious sister! Also, the town of Assisi is EXTREMELY holy ground. You should have visited Blessed Carlo Accutis’s grave! His body is uncorrupted meaning it’s in the same state as it was when he died; his body hasn’t decayed! It’s a miracle.
as a christian this is quite funny, also i dont understand why people hate others just for their religion, like ben is atheiest and theirs nothing wrong with that. some are christian, nothing wrong with that, satanists, thats your belief, not mine. its crazy how people will hate or not be friends with people just for their RELIGION.
