fun video!. always been curious about what's it like to be a woman in an already niche sport. honestly .. the lack of competition must actually be kind of sad. At least with guys you have a bunch of dudes who are really good to set your goal up towards all in the same club. I know it'd be really demotivating for me if i didn't have a bunch of dudes nearby at a club to practice with all of different strength levels.

You waste a lot less energy by not holding on and it's way better technique. Sometimes when ur hand is stronger than ur opponents it is good to use your grip forward the way u did to not let them escape and finish it quick. But at the highest level it is better you attack by keep reaching around their hand and control them with more muscles vs less muscle groups. If u have control they will be tired and you will not :D And most slips go to straps anyways in the big leagues.
