Hello everybody,
I hope you all are doing well in this tough situation of second wave of pandemic in India. Well after India-Bhutan Border, we left to Abhyapuri, Bongaigaon Dostrict which is almost one hour distance from Ultapani Village, where were holding in previous episode. This place has rich history of almost 500 Years old dynasty of Koch Rajbongshi.
About Rajbongshi Tribe of Assam
The Rajbongshi or Koch-Rajbongshi is an ethnic group inhabiting parts of Assam (Kamatapur Autonomous Council), Meghalaya, northern West Bengal, Bihar and on the eastern parts of Nepal, Bhutan and northern Bangladesh. Maharaj Vishwa Singh founded the Koch-Rajbongshi dynasty in 1515 AD. I wanted to explore some historical places, culture, food, people of Koch-Rajbongshi Tribe of Assam. I cannot explain what risk I took all to experience this in this solo northeast vlog , I hope you would enjoy and learn about Rajbongshi the forgotten Tribe of Assam, Northeast India.
