Looking at managers to replace Poch - I'd suggest Lopetegui - he's got Wolves into 5th, but they have severe financial issues and has been reported to be considering his future IRL, so Chelsea (who you absolutely cannot accuse of not spending) may be the appropriate step for him, and for the club.

this addition would be a dream in career mode! also for a manager, even though Chelsea havent had the greatest history with Brighton managers, i would recommend Roberto De Zerbi. everyone has been praising him, and rightfully so and i think he could do an amazing job there

it would be hard but if they could copy football manager in some way but dumb it down a little so u do just make signings and a couple other things it would be amazing. FM is just like spreadsheets i’d actually want to see the team play. Would be cool if u could toggle what u control, so u can toggle if u play matches or choose teams etc.

Great video. this is a good concept. Just control transfers, youth academy and scouting. Sim the games, and maybe play a game or two every once in awhile

I think Pirlo could be a great choice for the next manager. When you consider the plethora of young Italian playmakers in the academy as well as Chelsea's history of fabulous Italian midfielders (Jorginho, Zola, etc.), Pirlo could just be the one to get the best out of those youngsters. Plus he's available IRL so that helps for realism
