Not exactly but they two were involved in the fight against upper moon 1 kokoushibo. Along with them two were Genya shinazugawa(sanemi's younger brother), himejima gyommei(stone hashira). Unfortunately muichiro and genya died fighting kokoushibo😢😢. But their lives did not go in vain. With their help they all together killed kokoushibo. Also a fact that kokoushibo is an ancestor to muichiro. I hope you know Yoriichi tsugikuni. Yoriichi(younger brother) and kokoushibo(elder brother) were real siblings but kokoushibo was not his name before he turned to demon. His former name was michikatsu tsugikuni. He became demon because he was jealous of yoriichi's power and he knew that the mark which is obtained by people like yoriichi has, always die at a young age of 25 or before. This was his reason to become demon by going to muzan. From the day kokoushibo became demon with age of 20, he didn't see his yoriichi for 60 years until one night. Kokoushibo noticed that someone was behind him and he saw his brother yoriichi with completely wrinkled face and body, and he also had white hair, I am not really sure if he was blind by then bcz in manga I didnt see his eyeballs when he was old. Kokoushibo was shocked seeing yoriichi alive even when he knew the fact that people with the obtained mark die before the age of 25. Only he was being the exception in that time. Without any talk yoriichi charged towards kokoushibo instantly. Kokoushibo got terrified and jumped back. Kokoushibo's only reason of surviving till he became 485 years was bcz he jumped back. Yoriichi had tried to slice his neck of but while kokoushibo jumped, yoriichi almost missed by an inch away from slicing his entire neck. Kokoushibo realized that if yoriichi tried to slice him again then he would have been finished. But when kokoushibo turned behind, he saw yoriichi had died a natural death instantly with his 1/8 of the blade inside the ground and his body balanced bcz of the blade. This is how kokoushibo survived.

The only reason kokushibo died in that fight is because he decided to stop regenerating in that fight, yes he basically killed himself when he finally realised he was a bad demon, if he didnt suicide he would have killed all the hashiras that fought him

it's evident that he's using commands to get the blood since he killed an upper moon, that's how he gets the blood when he kills the characters because they don't drop and he has to get it

Because he killed Douma so he gave himself the amount of blood for killing an upper moon or did you think that the characters themselves dropped the blood?

@@apenasosky2521 They actually do that, But as he said at the beginning of the video, he gains an amount of muzan's blood depending on the character or rank of the character he kills.

But there's a problem with that, nowhere did he say he would get 15 of muzan's blood for some kill
