I am from india, very close to middle east. These people fo not have sharia in most of their countries and enforce sharia with no go zones in every corners of europe. Why do not they understand that they need to respect and follow law of the host country.

It lacks basic due process, and the evidential rules are pretty poor. It is no match to the legal system developed over the 14 centuries since the battle of Karbala. Very few Muslim countries rely on sharia alone, becuase they know it is very limited it is principle and down right barbaric in many cases. The speed as which people can be put to death based on the flimsiest of evidence. You can't "un-stone" someone once they are dead, if it turn out they couldn't have done the crime. Basically it is a legal system someone uneducated or a child would come up with not someone concerned with liberty and justice and protecting innocence.

My country practise sharia laws almost 11years now. Alhamdulillah. Even if u leave your car keys for a day it'd still be there hangin inside the keyhole. Even lesser crimes commited. Divorce rates lowered. No murders or kidnapping happens. Even the non muslims feels safer here. Alhamdulillah for Islam❤❤❤

I lived in a land similar to Taliban-ran Afghanistan for 10 months. I had to leave due to personal circumstances, but I dream of the day I will return. And it was filled with expats from all over: America (like me), China, Uzbekistan, Russia, Chechnya, France, Germany, Canada, Spain, Somalia, etc. A good majority of us were converts. Many were woman (even unmarried). It was a blessed area and we all would pitch in for anyone who needed help, especially women who lost a means of income and faced returning back home. I had this problem. I was Salafi so I followed one of the stricter versions of Islam, probably like the guy in the video. Then I wondered why we were the "saved sect" while the other 72 are going to hell. It was all subjective. So then I looked outward. Lets look at Saudi, it may not be fully following sharia I think but I know they have the death penalty and other strict punishments, they have very low level of crime especially in stealing. @@Kamal_grum - the entire issue of causes of crime and appropriate punishment is extremely complex, but in general, I would always opt to balance prevention / deterrence with humane punishment / rehabilitation. Yes, there will be hard cases, but in general, one size does not fit all.

A american prison will not rehabilitate most people and make them able to get back into society which isn't a problem in countries like Sweden with way more humane systems. What I am trying to prove is that the sharia law would never cause any problems because it made on of the greatest empires in the whole world which is the Islamic empire.
@@lemonon850We all know how it worked buddy no need to defend it we all know if you are given a chance to go back then, you wouldn't take it cause we all know people starve and have no choice but to steal and they do soo nowadays is the same scenario i was accused of stealing londered money from the bank which i didn't but i didn't pay it forward in time one month and what they did is they charged me five times the price i took also a law suit which was not needed but they did i am still paying this and each time it goes up cause i missed month and that made the bank in poor condition just imagine if that law was implemented on me? For loosing my job right away finding another one but the boos of my new job said i had to work few weeks as training and therefore he can't put me on the law of the worker right away and that was a. problem for me. cause i knew the bank needed me on that list therfore i lost soo much and by this law i would have lost my arm also!
