IDK, i feel like that's their intended use, tbh: like think about it. To get that fish to fit into that bowl, with no overlap, on a single page? Or do you mean how the cat was separated from the bowl by the opening of the card?

I just used one of the ruler cutting things for the first time. There was so much cutting to do that I spent a couple days with that tool. Very relaxing and the noise from the cutting was very satisfying. 😅

Such a cute wee card!🥰💖💖🥰 This was my favourite fold when I first started card making. I made one for an uncle where I had added a paper "spring" - essentially a small strip of concertina-folded paper, used bass/trout-fishing stamp and die cut set, and used some raffia type material to create reeds. The trickiest part was getting the tension for the fishing line correct, so that when the card opened, the fisherman in his boat yanked the fish from the water and reeds. Two hours and multiple rod breaks it took just for that one portion! I ended up reinforcing the fishing rod with an extra-fine toothpick. Had I done that at the start, the card would have taken about an hour altogether (all prep work - cutting, scoring, stamping/die cutting, colouring, gluing etc.)

This card making style is so fresh. I also give people hand made cards. They seem much real and filled with emotion as compared to the basic cards we find outside. I would love to learn this technique one day. 😊

The mother of my childhood bestfriend used to make such beautiful cards like these they were so amazing it was her hobby and for my birthday she made a card and i still have it saved somewhere 😂it was always precious to me and even after 20 years i havent forgotten about it

They Might be Copic markers. Not sure but I thought I heard him say in a couple videos back that he used Copic🤷‍♀️markers. Could be wrong🤷‍♀️

Nice!! Many years ago, I had hand-drawn and hand-made my cards and some presents too. They were very much appreciated, but both took a lot of time. So cool that there are a lot of pre-made resources and art supplies on the market now!

I wish I could make cards like that! I love hand making cards for all of my friends and family! Everytime I get an opportunity, I try to learn how to make a different card or try different designs. I just learned how to make pop up cards this summer so I've been doing those lately.
