It's been a while since I've played this, but if I remember right, if you do a tuck up at the right time when you back flip or front flip then you will flip faster. You can even do it on flat ground if you time it right I think, or at least with not much air

If you want to backflip on flat ground you need to 1. Pull left analog stick back. 2. Do a Ollie at the same time this takes practice as it took me 20 hours playtime to figure out. Good luck🙂

You have to crouch whenever you backflip. You are standing up when you are back flipping. :)

You might have to do the tuck thing whilst doing the flip
